While attempting to rent a U-haul, I was addressed in a very rude manner. I had made the reservation using the U-Haul website and followed-up with a phone call. The customer service person did not listen to my questions and provided information that I was not asking. As the call progressed the tone of the person became more and more challenging and disrespectful. Finally, all the person was telling me is all the things I could not do and offered no alternatives to my circumstances. I strongly suggest another location.

Terrible customer service the manager and i got into it. He is so unproffesional and has no business being in there . He was disgusting and i would not recomend this place to anyone . Also he was talking to his employee in a very condesending manner. Super rude .
