There should be SIX STARTS available because you would not believe that this particular site is above all one that stand alone that I have had the pleasure of not only storing my items. Jamel serves to represent himself with the friendliest personality and extra space as a great company to work for. Yet his delivery seems fast but accurate Depends whos listening smile he covers each detail so that there is no misunderstanding as to what they are offering and what you receive with the policies and let you know that you will get your money worth with extra space. The accommodations are nice with the storages I have been with extra space for over four years and it seems like its a second home at least my pockets feel that way. Yet I have no regrets thanks Jamal thanks Extra Space!

Wasnt what I expected at all. The staff was informative and helpful. I was about to rent a unit much bigger than I needed. Once I explained what I was storing to Chanele, who happens to be the stored manager. She helped me choose a unit that was exactly what I needed at a significant savings that afforded me to purchase insurance on my belongings also. I liked that. Other storage places Ive delt with didnt care and let me make the mistake of over renting. Seems like they just wanted my money without concern for service or satisfaction. It was a nice change of pace to be taken Care of with such honesty. FIVE STARS FOR YOU!!!

This place def exceeded my expectations. I was looking for a place to store my moms belongings. I wasnt sure where to go! I had her item stored somewhere else but I did not like them. I came to Extra Space, spoke with a representative & felt confident in storing my moms item with this company. Ive had her items stored there for 3 months now. I have no complaints!

Excellent service. Called in at 3:00 pm, made a reservation, got an excellent rental rate. Signing papers after walking the unit by 5:00 pm. Excellent follow up and on site assistance by Jamel, the manager. A breath of fresh air in terms of customer service for the surrounding area. Thank you!
