Where do I begin as I hate leaving negative reviews Very upsetting to be CHARGED $239.85 for 3 UBOXES you DO NOT have. Even more upsetting to continue to receive emails stating the payments are PAST DUE for 3 UBOXES you DO NOT have. My belongings were removed from the UBOXES on 8/5 & 8/6 while stored at your location. Meri (mngr) and I spoke several times as well as text messaging on Saturday 8/5 due to the mishaps with my UBOXES at her location. Also, on 8/12 Meri called to verify if my items were removed from the UBOXES and I confirmed as of 8/6 all three UBOXES were empty. Im still puzzled on why she wouldnt know theyre EMPTY if their sitting in the middle of the warehouse floor opened & unlocked. The same warehouse floor SHE had the forklift driver move the UBOXES from outside to inside.

Horrible experience from one is your staffs. The young Asian guy that drives a black Honda car. I returned the truck I rented & stood out in the sun waiting on my Uber driver. I leaned against his car with my bag in my hand only for him to come out & yell at me to get off his car. I pretended like I didnt know he was talking to me until he jumped into his car & turned on the ignition moving his car against me missing my foot. Cursing me out. I have never met this kiddo apart from when I came in to turn in the bus. I will never ever use Uhaul in Landover any more. I hope you get smacked in the butt really soon kiddo.

I went there to purchase a wiring harness connector after searching through all the supplies I found one that had been repackaged by the store. I brought this to the managers attention and he accuse me of repackaging. This was the only one he had in the store of its kind. I tried to negotiate the price which wasnt the correct price that it was package in. I left the store filling that the manager was trying to over charge me for the stores mistake.

You better go -RUN- go to the Martin Luther King Jr location. Unless you dont care that while you are trying to get the equipment that you need. The employees are joking around about God knows what. And incredibly FARTING! one to the other Right in your face.

I came back before the required time of 9pm. Their trucks had my car blocked in. Could not leave. Contacted national headquarters who contacted the manager. He would not answer phone. I was stuck there for 24 hours. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

We Need to boycott Uhaul. They are rude they dont respect the money we spend plus they constantly give out bad equipment. Boycott Uhaul this will be the last time I use uhaul. If i could give them zero stars I would.

The staff was friendly and even let my mother change her reservation time twice due to scheduling conflicts. They even let us drop it after hours.
