This is a mixed review. My first experience was actually pleasant. I went in to inquire about a unit I had already reserved online. When I got there, I was told some of the internet pricing was off. However, Iesha suggested a different unit that worked with a special they had and my budget, I was grateful. Iesha was pleasant and accommodating I let her know that I would yelp about her courtesy and she asked that I place my review on another site that her company prefers. No problem she was good, her coworker, not so much. Fast forward: A day later,I get a follow up call about my experience leasing the unit, I let them know it went well. Four days later, another call from a not so nice rep, reminding me to give them a good review and where to write it. I was in the process of moving and hadnt had the time to sit down and write reviews and while I planned on doing it, it was not a top priority. Now, the special Iesha assisted me with was the first month for one $1 and then the regular rate for any additional months I was there. I only planned on being there one month during settlement of my house. I leased the space 9/22/15 by 10/8/15 Id received three rude calls reminding me of my balance due 11/1/15. Each time I informed them that I would only be there a month and I asked was it standard for them to call everyone with a unit weekly reminding them of their balance, Yes. I let the last lady know again, I would only be there a month she said oh yeah its in the notes, I called before I read them, well aight din and she hung up. The calls were border line harassment, I moved out on 10/18/15, never again.

Blendine may have presented herself in a professional manner with other people in the past but she definitely didnt present professionalism during my recent conversation with her over the telephone. I, later found out that she was the manager, which is a disgrace to Public Storage. Unfortunately, having a poor manager at ones place of business, rub off on the employees. Aisha is one of the most unethical employees Ive ever met. She began disrespecting me and when I defend myself she did a malicious and intentional act by calling the police on me, as if I was a criminal. I have never felt so humiliated in my entire life. I will never take lightly an employee calling the police on a customer as if the employee didnt cause the confrontation. She even stated that she will take off of her Public Storage shirt, which meant she will challenge me to a fight. This is definitely a ghetto person who doesnt care about her job. Like so many others, I am going through hardship as well so I may not have been able to pay my storage on time every month. Fortunately, I have paid it to avoid auction. However, I will not allow an employee to announce my personal business so freely by saying, focus on paying your storage as if it wasnt paid. I will definitely be moving out and taking my business elsewhere, and letting family and friends know not to patronize PS due to its poor service and the employees unprofessionalism and lack of respect.

I couldnt wait to get home and write this review so I can let everyone know my experience dealing with this establishment. After the way they treated me and my family I hope the staff, management and the company get exactly what they deserve. First of all, the hours of service do not accommodate my schedule. Second, the parking lot is too small and very limited. Finally, from the moment I stepped in the doorway I was instantly hit with some of the most... customer friendly and professional people Ive ever seen! Every one from the guy pushing the cart around to the ladies behind the desk were so helpful to me and my mom. The clerk Kiara was amazing. She assisted us from start to finish in the transitioning of my moms unit. She provided us with all the things we needed like carts, tape, boxes and a lock. She even reminded us of their current promotions they were having. It seems like they all took pride in what they do which made me feel very welcomed. So I just wanted to say thank you and show my appreciation to Kiara and the rest of the staff. Keep up the good work and I highly recommend everyone visit this location.

Blendine and Ed were the best. l came to public storage because I wanted to rent two parking space in order for me to get my dealership license through Maryland. When I got there I was having a hard explaining what I wanted, since I was not sure what I needed to complete the process; automatically Blendine came over to me after finishing with another customer. She told what I needed and had ED taking me down to show me the spaces, which I was very suprised how well kept and neat the property was. I went home to get the proper paperworks that i needed and came back; both of these guys made the process very easy. Marlon did complete rental, while blendine was dealing with a customer; he was very knowledgeable. These guys are very professional with great customer service. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who need a storage unit or parking space.

When I came in, I was greeted by Blendine and Javier with great smile and great customer service. Blendine asked to help me. She asked me questions to see what I was storing, so she can find me a great unit at a discount price. She showed me a few units until I found the one that was right for me. We had great conversations while we were walking around the property, which I noticed was cleaned; it didnt have the abandon swag going on, like most storage do. I didnt actually rent because I was shopping around for my sister who is moving from Florida, where Blendine is also from. I was so pleased with the service, so when they asked me to share my experience, I was happy to. I will definitely come back to this establishment to do business; I also have no doubt that the service will be any different then just great.

I rented a unit at this location sometimes last week and the service was great; then again I thought it was expected because that was part of their job. Today, when i came in to move my stuff into the unit, they blew me away; I couldnt get my door open, eddy came down and helped me with that with pleasure. I also needed a cart while eddy was helping with the door so the movers could start unloading my stuffs, Blendine brought me two carts down from the office ; even Iesha acknowledged me even though she was dealing with a customer. I am glad I rented here instead of next door to them; great customer service and a very clean facility. Great job guys! keep the good service going

Its always a party whenever I go to this place lol. Everyone is always so nice to me. Blendine, Iesha and Ed always gave me the most outstanding customer service. Expecially Blendine, I dont think there is ever a time that I go in there for her not to have the biggest smile in her face, and she always cleaning that property. Thats why this place is so clean and organize. If anyone needs to store their items at a clean location with great customer service, go see these guys; they will take care of you. Make sure you go to public storage, not U-haul (they are right next door to them, they are terrible)
