I strongly dislike moving and my most recent move solidified that for me. It was a tumultuous experience from beginning to what I thought would be the end. I was extremely late getting my things to storage due to some mishaps on that day. However the store manager was amazing. In the pouring rain she waited on my arrival and reopened the store for me. She was very kind and patient. She calmed my fears and reassured me that things would work out. As a result of her professionalism I would and have recommended this storage space to numerous amounts of people. I am so thankful to have had that experience.

I truly can say, the manager at this LOCATION makes the place so enjoyable to patronage. This LOCATION is clean, very assessable to the beltway and convenient. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. When coming at night the facility is well lit and secure. I do have an issue/concern with the rental pricing escalation every year; but this LOCATION does not have any Control of that. Its Extra Space Storages Upper Management who does not give but a 30 day notice of the Pricing Change.

Ive been to several self storage places, but this one by far has been the best. Starting off with the friendly staff thats always ready to help you even when in the middle of another task, Secondly the property is very well maintained and free from trash. I m excited about this place knowing my property is at a storage facility where the staff care about the people and its not just a job for them.

Extra Space Storage is the best storage facility in a 30 mi. radius! Their facility is so clean its almost perfect. They have everything you need there. The staff is very professional and courteous. This is by far one of the best storage places Ive been to. Not only is it extremely clean but there are security cameras everywhere, which is a huge plus for me. The ladies that run it are very friendly and are always happy to help. I hope they get paid alot because they definitely do alot. Great job ladies! Keep up the good work!

I always receive great service here! Trevar, the manager was very welcoming over the phone and efficient in solving my problems. She acknowledged my loyalty with the storage unit and waived my late fee after I told her I was uninformed that my bank would be sending me a new bank card and thats why my auto pay got canceled.

The management and staff are always 100% professional but also warm, friendly and funny! Really wonderful people to deal with. The system they have to enter in data as a customer is very efficient and saved a lot of time. Would absolutely recommend this place but especially the management and staff. They are the best!!
