Warning! Do not rent or store your property with discount self-storage. They are Crooks and just out to get your money. They auctioned off my property before the due date on their notice that they sent me and Manager, Malvern Osborne, told me it was a type O error of date on letter. Why would a company send out a notice giving 31 days Notice and auction off a persons property on the 29th day before the due date and then tell the customer that it was a typo error on the letter and that he doesnt know why it said 31 days, thats Fraud. I had the money ready to pay them and they cannot auction off your property if they send you a notice with the date on it but auction it off before the due date you can go up to the last day and the last minute and still pay and everything should be ok. The manager, company, and owner do not want to take responsibility. The manager refuses to tell me who the owner of the company is, there corporate company name, the owner and corporate address, or Phone number or give their insurance carriers information. I will be suing them for the property that was stolen from me. Do not trust these people and do not rent or store your property with them. The facility is not clean, and the holes are too narrow. The manager will not help you, and will pass the buck, and tell you to talk to his other location in Florida but that is to just waste your time and give you the run-around. Also, the manager Malvern Osborne wrote his own review on here, Acting like he was a customer, when he works for the company and is the manager, Check out the reviews. Dont trust them go rent somewhere else. Do not rent from discount Self Storage!!!!!!

Stay away! We rented this place because there was a special and we were broke. The facilities are FILTHY and VERY poorly lit to the point that it looks like something out of a slasher flick. The ramp to get to the upstairs is so steep that if you are driving anything lower than an SUV it will scrape the bottom of your vehicle and theres no sign warning of this! We lost the lock for the door and had to go get another, it was a couple days before we could get back there and someone had stolen all our electronics( tv, keyboard piano, etc) the facility is supposedly secure so not sure who got in to steal our stuff, also theres no cameras anywhere. Then there was the mouse infestation! Mouse poop EVERYWHERE! And I saw 1 trap in the whole area and it looked too old to possibly still be effective. Will not rent from here again. The manger was nice at least

My experience at Discount Self Storage was great. Mr. Malvern was very polite and pleasant to work with. The storage facility is very clean, convenient location and the prices are very reasonable. Best price in the area. It is a drive in storage facility which makes it better for loading and unloading.
