My wife and I had bad experience having our vehicles serviced at the dealership. Ive shopped around looking for an honest repair shop with very reasonable price and finally found one close to my area. I highly recommend this shop. The service is great, repairs are honest, and very reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They did a fantastic job with a major repair on my 1997 BMW M3 and at significantly less cost compared to the dealer, and I now bring my wifes 2011 X5 after its covered dealers maintenance expired. I referred another friend who has a 1997 BMW M3 that needed suspension work and she was very pleased with the service. They will repair only whats needed and at a very reasonable price. This is an update from last year. My whole family now take our vehicles to this shop as they continue with expert and professional service, very accommodating, and at very competitive/reasonable price. I now also bring my 2006 Honda S2000 for service. I had a problem with a turbo modification performed at another shop, and I made the problem worse by overtightening and breaking the stud to the exhaust manifold, and they fixed and corrected the problem. I didnt know that they could also handle after market turbo modification of my S2000, and it now drives and performs like new. This is another update. I continue to bring my vehicles to this shop. I used to change my own oil and filter as well as some fluid change maintenance. As I have gotten older, time has become more precious to me and I now let the shop handle these minor maintenance. The plus side is they perform inspections for free with this service and their inspection is very honest and transparent as they document the inspection with pictures to clearly show you the needed maintenance. I drive over 140 miles to work now and I need preventive maintenance and they continue to perform a fantastic job. They have added a website service where you can view the maintenance history of your vehicle, including the ability to schedule/confirm your vehicle appointment. This for me is a great addition to their service.

I have lived a lot of places in the U.S. and have experienced quite a few auto repair shops. I can say without hesitation that Town & Country has been the most personal and reliable shop. Ive been taking my Toyota here for over 2 yrs and I have always been pleased with the service provided. To me, Peter Sagandoy, Service Manager, is the "face" of the business and has consistently shown a personal interest in taking care of the little things. I have found him to be patient and able to answer any number of questions concerning my automobile. I have found the prices to be fair and the warranty second to none. It is truly a pleasure to talk with Peter as there is no pressure to "buy" but rather an objective assessment often with a few options. Certainly, Peters integrity is an extension of the owners philosophy of "putting the customer first" rather than seeing the customer as a source of revenue. Finally, I enjoy the down-to-earth ambiance of the facility (nothing shinny or fancy)--especially the waiting room where all the basic needs are provided: water, coffee, TV, HVAC, restroom, and comfortable seating. Bringing my car into T&C gives me the opportunity to get away from distractions at home and provides quiet time to relax or do some reading. This is really a great place. I strongly recommend it to anyone seeking quality auto repair, honest people, and fair prices.

I was traveling and remembered that I needed an oil change. Googled oil change paces in the area where I was staying, and your shop came up. I checked the reviews, and they were all fabulous. Well, I thought they must be all paid, overblown, or something is wrong, because Ive never been to a shop that did not have at least one negative review. I decided to see whats up and drove over there to see if I could get same-day service. I couldnt, but the guy at the counter was very polite and made sure that I could get in the next day. I made the appointment, was thanked and went on my way. The next day I came back and had great service. When I went to pay, the cashier stated that there was a sale on oil changes, and that he had applied the discount to my bill. Nice surprise! I also got a courtesy inspection and a 3 page document with all of the details. Another surprise! I was very pleased with the service, the personnel, Mike, Pete, and Bryan. I would have given you 5 stars for that, but it does not end there. When I got home to Florida, I had a post card from you, thanking me for my business, and giving me an access number to my service history. OK, can I give you 6 stars? If I lived within 100 miles of your shop, Id be a regular customer!

I have used several auto repair shops in Howard County and think that Town and County is first rate. I think that the quality of their work, the way that they communicate, and their honesty set them apart from any other repair shop in Columbia or Ellicott City. I appreciate all of the good communication and coordination that occur when I call for a cost estimate or deliver my car for service. T&C is very careful and take great pains to make sure that I understand their estimates, work with me if Id like to introduce new parts, and always call to confirm dollars and completion time when my car is being serviced. The unusual think about T&C is that they will tell you if service or parts are NOT needed! This morning I was fully prepared to spend a significant amount of money on a transmission fluid change and was very happy when T&C called to say that it wasnt necessary. T&C have called on previous service visits to deliver the same type of message.

This is the first time Ive used T&C and Ill definitely will be a repeat customer. I brought in a Honda Pilot 2008 with a sway problem particularly at high speeds and when crossing lanes to pass. The problem had only been partly corrected by another shop. The staff did a lot of work tying to diagnose the problem without finding any major suspension or under car problem. They did a great job of keeping me informed of their progress as well as their research into the problem. It turns out the the 2008 Pilot was the first year of new larger body but unfortunately on the previous models body. It would seem that nothing much could be done; however, they did recommend a few modifications which have significantly reduced the sway and greatly improved handling! Many thanks to all the staff at Town and Country who worked on my vehicle. Your efforts are greatly appreciated.

My father referred me to Town and Country and he has had nothing but great experiences with the shop and its staff. I had steering and cold engine start issues on my 05 F-250, and I have taken to a few shops including a dealership and still no resolve. I live in Mississippi and was planning on visiting my parents for a week in June. Instead of flying up there, I had an excuse to drive 1000 miles to have my truck repaired. I am very glad I did. My truck runs like it is brand new and the steering is back to normal. In addition Michael was very informative and provided me suggestions so that I could get the most out of my truck. Bottom line: If you live in the area, I would definitely consider using Town and Country as a first line shop. I just wish I had a shop like them near me.
