Was taking my car there for over two years for routine maintenance. Complained to them on three different occasions that I heard noise in the back wheels when driving and braking . Was told it was nothing wrong. It turned out that my wheel barring in the back was so bad the wheel was at risk of coming off. They also left a dirty oil filter in and failed to tell me there was oil all over the engine. When I went in to talk to George the owner , he confirmed a power steering pump leak and the wheel barring . He gave me an estimate for over 800 dollars. I decided I wasnt gonna pay him a dime and took my car to Mineke in eldersburg , who originally found the wheel barring problem they fixed my car at a much cheaper price and wouldnt take Georges word that the leak was from the power steering pump . It turned out they were right after they ran dye through to find the leak ; it turned out to be a seal . But because of the negligence by Sykesville car center, I had to get a new alternator because it was soaked with oil. Thank God that he kept me safe . Minke is where I will be taking my car for now on . I still cant say I wont sue Sykeville car center for my repairs .
