I went here yesterday night because my brakes seemed like they were grinding, and I saw a nail in my tire I was really worried because I had a long drive to Harrisburg and I thought I was unsafe to drive. Tim K was so kind to look at my car after they closed. I have to admit I was really upset and may have came off mean to him because I was crying and was really stressed out, but he was so nice to me. He looked at my brakes and fixed a part that was hitting my disc on my brakes? I think that is what it was called. He also checked my tire and turns out the nail did not go in the tire. He was so polite and so kind and understanding. I havent had this great of a customer experience ever at a automotive repair facility. I will always be a firestone customer now because of how great Tim K. took care of me and my car. I tried paying him for the inspection and he told me their inspections were free. He refused to take a tip from me and told me it was not necessary. This kind of honestly and kindness is tough to find today especially with car repair places. Thank you firestone for providing great employees like Tim K. to serve the public. I will go to my firestone where I live for now on because of him! Thanks again!

After initially visiting the Firestone, I was very satisfied. We had an oil change and a gift certificate, so we asked them to look over the car and let us know of any repairs that needed to be made. They swapped out our serpentine belt, which I usually roll my eyes at but ours was nearly cracked in half, so that was warranted. The place was clean, the employees friendly, and the waiting area was spacious and had toys for my toddler to stay entertained while the repairs were had. However, not long after we had a large slash in a tire and needed to replace all four due to age. We ended up at the Glen burnie Firestone location where we were told our rear brakes were not functioning. The pads were worn down, but because we never heard grinding while driving, they said the brake pads were never making contact. I dont know if the Fulton location never inspected the brake pads, but this is my familys vehicle and its sketchy that the pads were never addressed when I walked in the door looking to spend money. Ill give two stars for the benefit of the doubt, but my gut instinct is that I was offered knee-jerk money making repairs and my vehicle was never thoroughly looked over.

I am new to the Fulton area and wanted to give this place a chance. I called in on Sunday the 11th to see if I could get a oil change, and was willing to drop my car off because my kids have dance class at a studio a couple blocks away. When I called I was told by Sergio that they didnt have enough time to get it done but to call back during the week and set up a appointment. However, when I drove by I looked out back and there was a guy who looked like a mechanic sitting on the curb with a beard and a hat on that was on his phone, and the shop did not look busy inside. After I dropped my kids off the same guy was there outside on the curb on the phone, and again he was in the same spot approximately 40 minuets after I picked up my kids from class and went to Harris Teeter......just isnt a good look when someone is sitting outside and your shop looks empty. Will try and give this place another chance and rewrite my review if I decide to call them again.

I had great experience with this location in the past and went at the recommendation of my grandmother who loves their manager. Unfortunately if you make an appointment online now, just know that they will not honor that time. I made an appointment for Friday for a quick oil change only for them to call me and say they actually couldnt do it, but could I come in another time. I could not because it is the Holiday weekend and had to get my oil change asap. Im severely disappointed that I was forced to cancel my appointment simply because they booked another appointment after mine and thus, couldnt do it. Customer service has gone downhill for certain. Not sure I will ever return there because of this. Edit: had to change my travel time so they got me in later. Will update after the service to be fair.

I just moved to MD and was skeptically about where to take my car to. After reading many reviews I went with Firestone Complete Auto Care in Fulton. This certainly was a very good decision! The service from the time I walked in the door until my car was serviced was very exceptional. My steering wheel was shaking and after speaking with George about the problem he had the Technician look at my vehicle. After the assessment of my vehicle was complete George wanted to show me what the problem was. I was given shielding glasses while viewing the issue off my tires. George was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood the problem. I will be bringing my car back to get my other services complete. George was also awesome in helping me. This will be my new place to get my car service needs complete.

We cant recommend Maple Lawn, Firestone enough. The General Manager Tim and his sales team, are top notch customer service professionals and his pit crew are honest, efficient and are just plan nice guys. Whether its an simple oil change, flat fix, or something big like replacing your water pump. They always take care of you in a truly professional and honest manner. And most of the time have your car back to you in the same day (Yes that is correct Same-Day-Service)! Dont let the big Firestone name throw you, Tim runs a tight ship and their prices are competitive. I look at these guys as my go to mechanics they have alway taken good care of us and our vehicles. What are you waiting for set your appointment today, tell them Joel sent you. Cheers ;)

This place is phenomal. I had an issue with my car that another repair shop called themselves taking care of the matter but failed. Because I didnt want to drive my car in the condition that it was in I bought it here. The customer service that I received was excellent....George helped me tremendously.....and Tim the Manager was superb....they both took the time to explain to me what was going on with my car, and did a comparison of what the other company failed to do and took care of the problem. Thank GOD, everything worked out fine. I definitely would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks again guys for all of your help

Getting my car seviced, now that shes getting up there in years and miles, isnt something I typically look forward to and this morning was no exception. BUT...Tim, the Service Manager at this location, unbeknownst to him, set my mind at ease in a matter of minutes. I didnt feel pressure to do work that wasnt necessary and felt reassured by the explanations given around what was needed. And as I listened to him interact with others while I waited, it was more and more clear that he cares about making sure each person walks out feeling good and safe as it relates to the service theyve invested in.
