I purchased a Groupon for a full synthetic oil change with tire rotation. When I arrived I was advised the promotion only covered up to 5 quarts of oil and my car requires 6.4 quarts of oil so they would have to charge me for the difference. Unfortunately, I was just getting off of work and didnt have any cash on hand so I advised them to just put in the 5 quarts and I would get someone to top off the rest. The guy at the front desk was kind enough to waive the additional charge as he didnt want me to drive off the lot with less than the said recommended oil. My car was taken right in and worked on which was awesome since I just finished working a 12 hour shift and wanted to get in and get out. I would definitely recommend this location. I would just advise if youre using a Groupon to be prepared to possibly pay additional if your vehicle requires more oil than the promotion allows.

I live in Ellicott City and have been a long time satisfied customer of Meineke. Recently for the first time in over 25 years, I encountered a small problem with a repair. When I brought it to the attention of Meineke they went out of their way to meet with me and discuss the problem. Managers took their time to help me understand what possibly could have gone wrong, and they agreed to helping me with the cost of the fix. During this time I got a good sense of how much this business values their outstanding reputation, and their record of excellent customer satisfaction. I realize, that as in any business, mistakes can happen. But in this instance, the owner and managers went the extra mile to ensure that I was dealt with fairly and remain a satisfied customer.

Yesterday my car developed a loud noise; an exhaust gasket had rusted out. I needed it fixed fast because I was afraid my neighbors and/or HOA would get annoyed when I leave early in the morning. I dropped it off at 4pm, and they took a few minutes and immediately showed me the problem. They had me walk with them under one of the bays/lifts. So, I like knowing exactly what the problem is. And they had it ready the next day at 9am! They also took care of some addl issues that had been bugging me. I like these guys. I saw they had other good Google reviews, and Im glad I went there.

My tailgate was stuck open on my Prius.....not a good situation? Drove over to Meineke and two very nice people messed with it...fixed it in 15 minutes and sent me on my way with a handshake and a smile. I have been going to this shop for about 10 years (but had not been in 4 since I got a new car and the service was covered by a warranty) the warranty is finished and I am heading straight to Meineke for my next service. This is a very personalized shop. No there is not a fur lined wating room...but you dont need it because they dont make you wait like the dealer does:-)

I recently had an unsatisfactory experience with a member of the staff here. After speaking with the owner, Bryan Thrush, the issue has been completely resolved. Mr. Thrush took the time to reach out to me and listen to my concerns. He then proposed a fair solution to the problem. Everyone makes mistakes, but not everyone is willing to correct them. I respect Mr. Thrush for having the integrity to stand behind the work performed at his business. I believe he is an honest; businessman who truly cares about his customers.

My experience was horrible. We went in for an oil change because we had a groupon. My husband and I had a print out from Advanced Auto that we needed a battery. We asked them to give us a new battery and install it and they said that they had to evaluate the problem for over $120 dollars. They came back with a bill for $1000.00 dollars for an alternator and a battery. We checked with the amount and the other mechanics can put that in for $600.00 dollars. Never again will I ever go to Meineke Car Care Center.

Dangerous Work - Avoid at all costs - My wife took her car to this branch of Meineke for an oil change and tire rotation. Within two weeks, her car started shuttering and making noise. We took it to our regular mechanic and he showed us that the lug nuts had almost fallen off one of the wheels when she was driving. The people at Meineke failed to even put her tires back properly. If her wheel at fallen off on the highway, I dont even want to think about what would have happened. Dont put yourself at risk.

I am new to Maryland and took my car here for the MD State inspection. The service was nothing short of 5 star and everyone was very friendly and honest. The inspection was completed very quickly and I will be returning there for all of my car care needs in the future. I highly recommend this Meineke to anyone who is looking for an honest repair shop or needs a car inspected.

The customer service here is great! They walked me through everything they were going to do before they did it. I felt very comfortable through the whole process. They even drove me home and picked me up again since I didnt have anyone who could come get me. Thats what I call going above and beyond to make a customer happy.

I have visited this shop twice and got my cars brakes done. The work was really good. They are very upfront about the repairs and dont try to sell any of there services. ALL in all a really good experience and I would certainly go back to these guys !!!!!
