We have five children ages 10 and under and each of them has attended Kindercare at Willowdale over the past 7 years. Our family has moved around a bit, and we have had experience with numerous daycare centers and this has been one of the very best. The director of the center, Jenn, is an extremely sweet person to all of the children as well as the parents. And from what I can tell, helps to foster a pleasant environment among the teachers there too. The director and many of the teachers, have been there for years, and work very nicely together. Our children have had many ups and downs through the years and the group at Kindercare Willowdale has been so kind and loving to us through it all. They have even been there for our family when we have faced tough times. I cant say enough about this loving group of people. Our children have always been happy here and have first and foremost felt loved, cared for and at home. I also think it is nice that it is a smaller daycare and the kids get a lot of attention. They have healthy meals/snacks prepared for them as well.

My daughter has been a student here twice and weve loved it both times. Due to moving around for my job weve been to several day care centers and this is by far the best. The staff are welcoming and friendly. They truly invest in each family and want to know them, not just collect a tuition check. The educational programs are always fun and exciting. My daughter loves showing me all the great stuff shes learned. I highly recommend this center if you are looking for someone to love and teach your child while you are at work.

If you want peace of mind while working DO NOT ENROLL YOUR CHILD AT THIS LOCATION. I received far too many phone calls of accidents due to neglect. My child mysteriously has a black eye which I received TWO TOTALLY different stories about. The director told me my son was running and fell and hit his eye on the toy box. The assistant director told me she was changing a child doctor and he wanted to be picked up and threw himself to the ground and hit his eye. Please dont give them your money or risk your childs safety.
