Our daughter has attended the Goddard School at Belmont Greene since the summer of 2012. Our only regret is that we did not enroll her sooner. Since attending the Goddard School at Belmont Greene she has learned so much! At 3 and a half she already knows all colors, numbers (1-25), all letters of the alphabet and has developed the “desire” to read. She “pretend” reads to her dolls and my husband and I anytime she sees a book. The Goddard School at Belmont Greene has laid an excellent early learning foundation that she will have forever. The owners and directors are very friendly, professional and personable. They know all of the children and parents by name and always do things for the kids, outside of the normal routine, to show they care. At the end of the day, my daughter always checks in with them to get an afternoon sticker and say goodbye. They do a great job of keeping us informed of daily activities, special events and our daughter’s development progress. The facility is very clean and the class rooms are very conducive to learning. When our daughter first started, I remember feeling like I needed to remove my shoes before entering the lobby because I didn’t want to track any dirt into the building. Our daughter absolutely loves her teachers and always shows us hanging artwork and projects that she and her friends created. So, to sum it all up, if you are looking for a professional, clean and nurturing environment for your child look no further. The Goddard School at Belmont Greene has it all!

My son has been attending The Goddard School at Belmont Greene since 2010. Overall it has been a positive experience. The school is clean, the curriculum is impressive, the facility is beyond adequate and the faculty is carefully chosen. The cost is comparable if not competitive, as I consider it a moderately priced preschool/daycare, but the value is greater considering what is offered. As far as turnover goes, outside of changing classes, we have experienced turnover of head teachers in my sons class only a handful of times, and mostly because the teacher has moved out of the area. The owner is always onsite except very early in the morning, and there is always at least one director, but usually both of them are available. The management team always goes out of their way to maintain consistency for the children, as far as to attempt to keep friendships between the children intact in the classrooms. They have extremely high standards for every criteria. Generally they exceed anything I would require, so Ive never had to address them regarding any lack in care issues. Example - An incident report has to be completed every time a child is hurt/injured etc, and many times its just what I would consider a "boo-boo", but I still get a report. Having highly qualified staff as well as high standards has resulted in a high quality of educational experience, as well as a warm and loving environment, for my son when I cant care for him myself. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Goddard School at Belmont Greene. My 3 year old daughter has been there since she was eight months old and I have never regretted it. They are my familys true partner in child education and rearing. The management goes above and beyond to make sure my child is healthy, happy, and safe, and the excellent teaching staff makes sure she is always creatively learning and developing life skills to become a well-rounded, good person that will serve her all her life. The facility is always clean, open, and cheery, and their brand new gym and back play area are top-notch. They have the best programs -- from ballet to baseball to art to music -- and they are a true part of the Ashburn community. The entire Goddard group feels like family and everyone is so loving. When we walk through the halls we are greeted by smiles and warm regards and when my husband and I need help they bend over backwards to provide it. Enroll your children there now - youll be glad you did!

Our daughter has attended The Goddard School for just about a year now and has been in the two year old class and has since aged up to the three year old class. She is always in a wonderful mood when we pick her up and has developed enormously in vocabulary, learning her ABCs and numbers along with songs. She takes part in the Ballet classes they offer on Mondays and talks about her friends she has made all of the time. The Directors and Assistant Directors are friendly and smiles every day, very involved. They help in accommodating with our personal schedules and always give daily reports which are great in talking with our daughter about what she did that day. The school is always clean and the staff are always attentive and upbeat. The school has many events for the parents as well to take part in the activities of the various classrooms making it much more than just a Preschool.

Had our son go to this school, and within 2 weeks we submitted our withdrawal notice. The Goddard school in general has a very good reputation, but, please beware of this franchise of the school. The owners will make you sign an enrollment agreement and a parent handbook, which are outdated. The school doesnt understand their own policy and threatens parents upon withdrawal that the account will be reported to collections if parents dont abide to policies, which keep changing based on the owners leisure and based on the financial profits made by the owners. Also, when talking to the owners, please record or keep records of everything to avoid hassles later. If you can find any other school, I strongly suggest considering it over this one as it has been a nightmare dealing with the school and frankly is very stressful dealing with the owners.

My son attended Belmont Greene from the day they opened in 2008 up until a month ago when we moved. It has been a great experience overall, we started him out in the infant room and left while in the Pre-K room. We made our decision based on the facilities, the location and, most importantly, the staff, management and ownership. They always made him and our whole family feel like we were part of their family. Always going the extra mile to address any concern, whether health or behavior related, his teachers and the rest of the staff played a big role in helping him become the sensitive, loving, polite and bright boy he is today. Unfortunately we had to leave but I would put my son back in this school in a heartbeat as much as I would recommend it to anybody looking for an outstanding daycare experience.

There are no words to describe how amazing our experience with this school has been but I will give it a shot. We had just relocated and had another baby when we enrolled our 19 month old son who had been having some issues with biting. The owners, director(s) and teacher working with him were nothing short of awesome. They never made him (or us as parents) feel badly but rather worked with him to teach other ways to express his desires. His language has exploded and he loves everyone there so going to school is never a chore. I cant thank these teachers enough for what they do (did) for our son and therefore our family.
