Absolute worst nail salon experience of my life! Wanted something special for my oldest Mikaela [just turned 5] shes had one prior pedicure & did excellent, excellent experience.. Im a great tipper btw, I respect the service industry w/e the business if its good I tip 20% I call at 2:30 to see if I can walk in.. I say Id like 1 adult & 1 child pedicure [if you have it] and nail color change [for my 2.5yr old Kylie] she says there are 2 types of adult pedicures $22 regular & $25 heel scallop.. I say no just the regular.. I had to ask 3X on the phone "what about a child pedicure".. at first she kept going back to $22 & $25.. so I had to clarify, soo ? A child pedicure is the same price as an adult? And she laughed.. haha no $15.. okay & the nail change.. she said $7.. ok can we come now? She says how about 3pm.. ok fine.. I arrive on time, say Im the 3pm customer reconfirm 2 pedicures + nail color [which apparently will be debated later].. only one technician available.. after about 10min she starts on me.. Painful pedicure.. digging the tool roughly into my cuticles.. Then took another sharp tool & was harshly scooping under my big toe.. I actually said OW! at least 3-4 times.. I thought for sure for my first time ever Id get the fungus people talk about getting.. she actually made it bleed under my big toe nail from poking with her sharp tool.. Meanwhile an hour goes by and poor Mikaela who was soo excited for this.. being soo good sitting in the chair is still waiting & waiting for her turn.. I mean we had an appt. if there werent enough people they shouldnt have said come at 3.. Kylie is also still waiting for her nail polish.. happily carrying around her color.. also being soo good waiting forevvvvver. Finally a little past an hour they get started on both of them.. Kylie is calling out to me nervously which I wont find out why til later.. she walks over after about 10min.. her nails an absolute mess.. green polish [her pick] everywhere which I promptly ask if they can touch up and can I hold her so it can maybe turn out better.. Meanwhile theyre still working on my toes.. digging, poking and clipping away.. instead of lotion on my legs & the rub most places offer.. it was some type of oil quickly patted on & no massage.. Lol.. Mikaela is now done with hers, looks good, while mine continues for like another half hour.. I ask if I can hold Kylie so they can redo her nails.. Im sitting in the pedicure chair, pick her up.. Am holding her & holding her.. look down & realize without telling me or allowing me to hold her had repainted her nails & butchered them, again.. I say, I thought I was going to hold her?? They say no not there come to the table.. its better.. when the lady next to Mikaela I had witnessed having her nails done at the pedicure chair.. but I say ok and while lifting Kylie to the floor her shoe scrapes my big toe.. yes polish ruined.. We go to the manicure table & after some coaxing since my children are tired after being there 2+ hours & this would be the 2nd time removing her polish.. I notice then she has little cuts on her fingers.. Again, I find out why later. Anyways I hold her fingers the lady puts the polish.. nearly perfect just her left thumb slightly scuffed.. My 8mos old Summer meanwhile whos so far been a happy angel is finally starting to get fussy.. Finally! Checkout.. Charge $25 pedi $15 pedi $12 mani.. What!? No $7 nail color $22 pedi.. She says no, you walk in say mani, and we give you heel scrape.. I say No, Im not paying for service I didnt ask for.. def. did not say mani for my 2YR OLD! How is that even something youd do. I said on the phone every service I wanted.. she actually turns away to eat something, comes back, you pay now? No! Im not paying that.. Kylie walks on my foot another nail ruined.. Finally she says ok $45 after offering $50 & $48 -_- we leave.. Im in a pissed off mood my kids are in a worse mood.. smh 2.5hrs for 2 pedis & what was suppose to be a nail color.. horrible horrible experience on sooo many levels & still tipped $2

Sorry...but the place is really dirty and run down...sad..since they do a great job with the acrylic nails. The whole store needs a through scrubbing and new furniture thats not all torn and tattered. Some new towels would be a nice touch...to show their customers that they are worth the low cost of improvements.

The people are nice but when you tell them what you want, they give you the absolute worse haircut ever. Its almost like they completely ignored what you wanted, said okay, and did whatever. This has happen like twice now. Not going back.

I have been coming for years. Even my wedding party came to get there nails done. The only con is the weight and sanitation at times but Cindy did well on my nails and Molly is bomb on those eyebrows

This place is horrible , they have one person that knows how to do nails. The wait is horrible and they dont care about anybody waiting in here. Will never ever come back here.

Linda and Molly are heaven sent with the eyebrows!! And Cindy is the nail wiz! I wont go anywhere else but here! Love Love them! They have been the best around for years!!!
