The staff is VERY friendly and helpful. The space is extremely convenient to where I live and thank god they have Sunday hours!! I ended up using this facility when I moved because my movers went over time and I missed the the storage space I had arranged a space with because they had closed 15 before we could get there. We literally drove down rt. 40 looking for an open storage facility and ended up here! I was disappointed they didnt offer any kind of move in special, like most others had. The only problem I have had since moving in is mouse droppings!! Im guessing the smell of new items attracts them to your space when you move in. I told the agent at the desk when I saw them and she gave me bags of mouse poison to put down in my space, but I think I was a day late and a dollar short because they hadnt been disturbed when I last checked. Besides the danger of inhaling bacteria from mouse droppings, there doesnt seem to be any damage to my belongings. I would love to get a discount on my fee from time to time in appreciation for how long I have used the storage, but instead I have gotten a fee increase letter twice in the 3 years that I have used their storage!! My current goal is to sell, give away, move my belongings and eliminate my storage bill...ITS JUST TOO EXPENSIVE over time!!

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. I have had a unit with them for well over a year now. I went into my unit today to find my belongings well over $1,500 in clothes and electronics COVERED in rat feces. I am disgusted and very upset. I will be cancelling my unit ASAP and going through all channels to be reimbursed for my items. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSE WHERE
