I needed to relocate my furniture for my 2 bedroom apartment and I was looking online for different storage companies. I checked jack rabbits website for prices and a few minutes later I called and spoke with a manager named Larry. Price was very important to me as I didnt want to spend too much on this move and storage. I explained it to him and he was very cool about it. He went over the sizes, prices and he told me how much each one will cost, so I can figure out if I want to pay that. I thought that was very cool. I ended up moving only about 3/4 of what I wanted and was able to save some more. Sometimes its better not to move things, like sell them and buy new when you move or store stuff. My experience with them was good. Very cool guys, professional with good prices.

Jack Rabbit is a SCAM. Dont fall for advertised specials, READ THE FINE PRINT. I rented a unit that was supposed to be 30 a month. But hard times fell on me after corporate layoffs at AT&T so I defaulted. They charged me for 15 months of rent for 3 months of storage! Then auctioned off my things for less than 50 bucks and slapped a over $500 debt on my credit report. I would have paid what I owed but when I called in they refused to stop the lease for me from out of state. Only cut my lock when they had to lease to the next sucker. Security sucked here also, and my things always got wet because of holes on the units roof. GO TO SELF STORAGE! I warned you... Dont fall for staff written reviews below

Well I came from a family who didnt have a stable home growing up, so Ive had a few experiences with a few storage units... And it was great at first, but I came back from a deployment only to find spiders in my unit... I found dozens of tiny dirty blonde colored spiders which I was OK with, because they are typical in storages, but until I found and killed 3 BROWN RECLUSE spiders and saw a few other spiders that were similar in size of the recluses but couldnt get a good look at them... And now Im very concerned because I couldnt even get my 7 month old sons clothes without disturbing the spiders nest...

We have been here for over 20 years and havent had 1 problem that wasnt taken care of immediately. Clean and everything is always working at all hours that they are open. Larry and Margaret are 2 of the best managers I have dealt with over the years, fast courteous, family type service is why we have been here made Hampton blvd our storage company. Many other to choose from, none finer than here. Thanks Larry and Margaret for helping us out through out the years.

5 stars! The hospitality was great, Gabrielle and the security guy (I forgot his name forgive me!) were everything above professional, hospitable, and courteous. Transactions and registration was quick, and they even let me rent their storage truck for free upon rental of my storage unit. A+++. Most important of all I am not a robot guy posting this review. This was my first time storing with Jack Rabbit and I have to say I have been impressed - so far. The lot is pretty wide so it was easy to drive our moving truck through it. The place always seems to be pretty clean - even our unit was spotless. The managers working on this property are very professional and they always seem to be around to assist. Overall a high mark for this company.

I have stored my car with Jack Rabbit several times while I am out of town. They are always helpful and I have had no problems. My car battery was even dead one time (sat for a long time) and they helped me jump it. I recommend Jack Rabbit to all of my friends when they need to store anything. Good service and good prices.

This place is one of the best! I had trouble with another storage place and I needed to find storage ASAP! I was moving out of my apartment at the end of the month to move, hopefully, into my new condo soon. jack rabbit storage was offering a special for the first month so I took the plunge to use them. So far so good!

Not too bad of a place for storage. Just make sure if you are going to rent the unit and you are going to use a moving truck that you have the same person signing all of the papers. I had to go back twice because I didnt have my license for the truck and my dad tried to pick it up. Otherwise, all is good!

As a member of the military, I am constantly in and out of town - deployed. I have used jack rabbit on a number of occasions to store my apartment stuff and my mustang. Rental rates are good, and security is always on the grounds. I recommend them if you need short or long term storage.

Ill keep this review short and simple, Ill only say that there is nobody better in my opinion to use self storage than Jack Rabbit. I very highly recommend them if you want great storage rates, packing products, and a moving truck to use with no rental charge!
