We had some unique needs and Spare Room Self Storage was accommodating - we appreciate that. The staff is very helpful and responsive. The extra hand trucks provided are handy. The temperature controlled space is great and the only reason I did give 5 stars was it would have been helpful if there were more lighting in our space. Overall it was a good experience.

We lease a space at the Columbia Ave location near Mountville. The space is clean, and secure, and climate controlled. The cost is reasonable, but most importantly, we had two issues that required management attention in our years of leasing, and both issues were resolved promptly to our satisfaction.
