I just completed a short period of renting with Ghent Self Storage, and I really could not have been more satisfied. Seth and Emmanuel, the two gentlemen with whom I primarily interacted, were consistently professional, attentive, and helpful. They were accommodating AND they seemed to anticipate my needs, and were willing to do little extra things to make the experience go well. Examples: I was able to pay over the phone for as many months in advance as I needed As I was not in Norfolk, I was able to handle all documents via email They go out of their way to update me about the status of the unit, and to send receipts for every purchase and the monthly rent charge. They have great deals/specials. I found that the space was affordable, was well maintained, and easy to access. Im so grateful that I happened to choose this location for my storage needs.

Evening access is limited and some units have little to no lighting but the friendly staff balances what the space is lacking.
