Bad experience with Classic Collision. After a fender bender, we took our car there to receive an estimate. After receiving the estimated cost and a three week estimated repair time (too long in my opinion), we explained we would be taking the car to another shop. Classic Collision told us we would need to pay 4 hours of labor cost to have our bumper re-installed before they would release the car. We never authorized that Classic Collision remove the bumper, and it was never disclosed that we would need to pay labor costs to take the car. We have filed a formal complaint with USAA. In any case, Classic Collision is not trustworthy. I will never use them again for service.

My VW GTI got T boned - airbags went off, structural damage, and obviously cosmetic damage. What a mess. I did some research and took my car to Classic Collision Center North. They did a great job of working with my insurance and keeping me up to date on how the repairs were going. It was a pretty extensive job, but they really exceeded my expectations. Due to the scope of the job a few tweaks were needed after the fact, but they worked with my schedule and got it taken care of right away. Ive had the car back now for a couple of months and am still very pleased with their work. Thanks guys!

I took my Chevy Equinox here to get fixed after someone backed into the front bumper, they got me in quickly and from that point took care of everything with insurance and kept me informed with the progress of my car when they had to have an adjuster come back out and look at something. My car looked brand new again and I was very pleased with their work!

My family brought our Honda CR-V here for simple body repairs and it was returned with a cracked windshield. Even though there was no crack before hand, I was told "the paint oven can do that sometimes, there must have been something there before". Never going back here even though it is so close.

Fast, friendly, and professional service - from start to finish! Roy took the time to explain the process and procedure. He filed the paperwork for us as well. Phenomenal work...replaced the entire rear bumper on our Murano. Cannot tell it was ever in the shop. Many thanks again!
