I am seriously blown away by the service we received at Severna Park Auto Body. Our Honda Pilot was hit in a parking lot on a Friday evening so hard that when looked at by the adjuster they told us we had "structural damage. Took it to Severna Park Auto Body the following Monday explained that my wife and I had to leave town that following Sunday and they pulled out all the stops and had my car back to me by the following Friday and it looks better than it did when we purchased it. If thats not quality I dont know what is! Scott is one of the nicest and most genuine business men that I have ever met..they even gave me a ride back to my wifes office after I dropped my car off. I wish I could give them more stars on this google review because they deserve it.

The staff at Severna Park Auto Body are fabulous. I am an extremely detail oriented and picky person. Having had body work done in the past at other locations, I fully expected to have a similar experience where I would have to have my truck back to the shop at least a couple of times after the initial repair for the corrections AND I fully expected the truck to be completed later then the delivery date quoted. I was wrong on both counts. The work was impeccably done down to every minute detail. They finished on time, within the quoted rate, and with exceptional quality. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Severna Park Auto Body is very fair and reasonable. Recommended by a co-worker, I went to them to get my back gate and bumper fixed on an insurance claim. Scott was extremely helpful and went beyond my expectations. He handled some issues I had with the insurance company (which is not my own), and made sure the work was completed in a timely manner. Reguarding the actual repairs, they did fantastic work on my vehicles gate and the bumper replacement, which included an impeccable paint-match of my uniquely colored car. All-in-all, I highly recommend this shop for your auto-body repair.

Always have had an excellent experience here, from dropping the car off or waiting while the oil is changed, to more significant work for my older Camry. The staff has always been very friendly, and in particularly Phil, whos even picked me up and given me a ride into the shop when my car was ready. Their prices seem reasonable, and their advice always seems fair and straightforward. Although theyre closed on the weekend, they make dropping the car off easy to do. I was really glad to have found them so close to home.

Severna Park Auto Body has a great team that really knows how to repair cars. We have had a small dent and scraped paint on a fender, to a crumpled front end repaired there and they have always made the repairs efficiently and so thoroughly, you would never suspect there was any damage ever done to the car. They know how to handle insurance claims and get the work done when they say they will. What more could you ask for?

Great work. Great service. Easy to deal with. On time, in budget as discussed. It all went as discussed with Scott beforehand. I didnt know this place existed until I needed some body work from a collision. I took a chance on them as they seemed to have favorable reviews. Could not be happier. I wouldnt hesitate to use this shop again. And, my car looks great!

The body shop is excellent, I had an accident and didnt know how to handle everything, my car was towed in to Severna Park Auto Body where I was meet by Evan Grube, the shop estimator. He handled everything for me and got me into a rental car.. the shop manager kept me informed of the repairs and had the car cleaned inside and out. It was a terrific experience.
