A few months ago I was rear-ended in Annapolis and was sent to Uni-tech by the at-fault drivers insurance company. I had a great experience - they were extremely helpful with all the rental car arrangements, did an excellent job with the repairs, and worked hard to get the job done before the weekend even when they had a problem receiving the correct parts for the repair (I believe they received the wrong part, then a damaged part, so it extended the time before I got my car back). The best part and a surprise was that they washed and detailed the car at the end of the repair. After not having my car for a week I was so happy to get it back all cleaned up - I had a foggy headlight they even cleaned for me. I have already recommended Uni-tech to another coworker who was in an accident about a month after me.

From their outstanding customer service - with special thanks to Larry, to their superb workmanship and attention to detail, this establishment exudes professionalism. Respectful of women ( not the least bit condescending) and transparent in their pricing and time estimates, the have it all in my book. Donnie and the entire crew at Unitech have always done an outstanding job with my cars over the years; Ive been coming here since 1999 with my various cars (as well as my dad) and they have never let me down. Whether its been due to an accident, a touch-up, or just some new body part I want to add to my car, they make the car look better than before. Excellent service and they will stand behind their work! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would very much do so.

I took some fender flares for my 2010 tundra to them to be painted black. they did an excellent job and we super friendly. I mentioned what another shop in the area wanted to do the same job, an they beat their price by about $100. On top of that they had it done in 3 days. Paint turned out great, and customer service was ver good. I would highly recommend Uni-Tech!

The did a great job repairing my car after an accident. They even detailed my car before I picked it up which was a nice bonus. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars was b/c of the time it took to do those repairs. I ended up having to pay $250 out of pocket for the extended time I had the rental car. Otherwise, good service.

Uni-Tech did an excellent job repairing my passenger side door! They actually went above and beyond what needed to be done and even replaced my door molding on the drivers side that had been missing! Mitch was very nice to talk to and everyone there was nice and professional. I would highly recommend Uni-Tech!

This body shop is a hidden jem!.... I took my 2016 Hyundai Elentra here for repairs and was given an appointment around my schedule, plus drop off was convient. The owner (Don) is a valuable asset to the world of shop owners; therefore, I highly recommend this shop.... Thanks again...

Took my Lexus in today for an estimate for a big dent in my Lexus bumper. Don, the own, pulled out the dent and didnt charge me a dime! Took another car here 5 years ago; job was impeccable. I wont go anywhere else for auto body work. Highly recommend this over all others.
