Highly recommend this shop!!!! I had taken my jeep to three different mechanics and explained the issues to each. One after the next said they could fix it. None of them did. So, frustrated, I called Baltimore Body Shop after a neighbor said they had done a great job on his Miata. When I called, I explained my situation to the mechanic. His response immediately made him seem more knowledgeable than any of the other mechanics I had taken the jeep to. He told me I could bring the jeep in the following morning. After only two hours of having the jeep, he called me and told me exactly what the problems were. The last mechanic had the jeep for three weeks. The jeep is running better now than it has in the last year I have owned it. Tom, thank you! You were great! Did I mention they were able to accomplish this in spite of just recently suffering a fire? Indeed, the back half of their shop had no roof but that didnt stop them! They were still plugging away at cars. It is SO hard to find an honest, reliable and competent mechanic in Baltimore City much less one that has all three of these qualities. I will refer any and all of my friends and neighbors to them. They definitely have my future business!

Amateur hour all the way. Might be slightly cheaper, but much lower quality work. Took one month to return my car to me after an accident involving both passenger doors. When I got the car back, none of the controls or speakers on the passenger side were functional, the doors didnt line up, there was a loud rattle in the front door, the door bolts had not been painted (among other details), and the chrome trim was warped and loose. I suspect that there is no quality control or inspection process. I took the car back in, and the staff was apologetic and friendly... I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Two more weeks pass (now 6 weeks without a car) and they say its done again. This time, one of the four speakers doesnt work, the trim is still warped and loose, the rattle continues, and the rear door still doesnt line up (though it was better than before). However, I couldnt afford to continue leaving my car at this shop. It was finally cheaper for me to accept the reduced value of my car due to the poor quality repairs than to continue renting and borrowing cars. Despite friendly office staff, I dont think their techs have the skills or attention to detail required for body work.

What a great experience. I got into a minor fender bender, and about two minutes after the impact I was already dreading the experience of finding someone to fix my car. Of course, I also wanted to get my car fixed and back on the road as soon as possible. Long story short: I shopped around a little, chose Baltimore Body Shop, and am very glad I did. The prices were reasonable, communication was good, the work was done quickly, and everyone I worked with was pleasant and professional. I drove away with a smile on my face. I got the impression that this is a well-oiled machine, and they certainly had now problem turning my car around in around 72 hours, with no shadyness and no hassles. I dont look forward to getting in another accident, but if I do, I know who Ill be calling.

This was a horrifying experience. I took my vehicle in for a rear bumper to be fixed and when I got it back my radio and clock had been reset. My oil light was on on and my engine light came on shortly thereafter. Eventually, my vehicle shut off in the middle of the road while I was attempting to take it back. When I called to inform them and get some answers, Rachel, the manager began defended the shop before hearing my complaint. When I asked her to investigate, she continued to tell me that it was a coincidence that all this had occurred. What?! I could not believe she had said that. She even went on to explain why an oil light comes on in a car as if she was giving out new information. Needless to say, I will NEVER reccommend this shop to anyone I know.

Okay if you want a crap job. My fiance paid 4k for a paint job and slight body work and they had the vehicle for over 8months and poor communication about time to be finished. Kept pushing back the time because as we were told the cars that are insurance jobs come first even though our car was paid for in cash in full. We asked for pictures on the progress for each step and only got them when we had to call up the shop and complain. We finally are able to go pick up the car and we check it out and there are scratches and knicks in it everywhere! Could have gone to macco for the same crap job and have paid so much less. Never will we recommend this shop to any of the car club or friends.

I have been taking my car to Baltimore Body shop for regular maintenance as well as sudden repairs. The have always taken time with me to truly understand what my needs are. My car has always been completed in a timely fashion. Event when my SUV was involved in a small accident, they took great car of it and it came out looking as good as new. They event helped me arrange a rental car through my insurance. I would totally recommend taking your car for service or if you need accident or general auto repairs

Took my car in for a dent that was causing my door to get stuck. Took it in for just an estimate at 4:30pm and they were able to fix it the same day in 30 minutes! Far exceeded my expectations. I had sent in pictures to a different auto body company that i live closer to for an estimate and hadnt heard back in 3 days, so I came to Baltimore body shop instead. Customer service was great (friendly and fast). Thank you Mariah, Rachel, and Ray...I hope I have your names right! You are awesome.

I almost killed myself today needed tires but was waiting for my paycheck to hit my accout. Hopped on 83 turn on the first curve and I started to slide and hit the bumper on the Brick wall. They fixed my bumper for 50 dollars it wasnt to bad and I think I will let them check my check engine. Staff is friendly, honest and professional they do everything and I finally found my one stop do all autoshop.

And they provide you with a lifetime guarantee. I even got a thank you card with a reduced oil change. Thank you so much Rachel and Mairah you are definitely the nicest people I meet by accident.

Absolutely amazing. I am overwhelmed with happiness that I found an awesome body shop! They are so busy but still find the time to help out with the smallest of jobs...I had my window replaced and they fixed my door upon request by me in an hour. Best expierence I have ever had. Trustworthy, inexpensive, friendly...I could hang out here all day!!!!
