My sister went in for a tire rotation and now is sitting on the side of the interstate with my mother and two nephews because they failed to properly secure the lugs back on one of the tires on her truck. 107 miles from home and she trusted your company. Not only were you unreliable, you also put my family in an unsafe and dire situation stuck on the side of the road with terrified children in the car. UPDATE: After waiting on the interstate for 40 minutes and sitting on the phone with corporate, they were towed to a nearby precision that refused to service her even though they werent due to close in 30 minutes. 2 hours later along with an $80 tow bill, I thanked God when they landed in Salisbury safely. I will NEVER recommend your company to anyone. You should be ashamed of yourselves. My sister, mother and nephews could have been killed on the highway. Take responsibility and be more attentive when you provide service to vehicles used to safely transport families.

Shop claims to be under new ownership and has had a facelift. While getting my vehicle serviced I noticed the old owner (con artist scum bag) is still actually working or employed there. The store manager assured me that the service and quality were different than before but they in fact were not. They wanted to charge me for two hours of labor that I know would only take about 45 minutes and the previous owner was one of the most unprofessional people I had ever done business with. DO NOT GO HERE! Try to get you in on a cheap oil change then tell you you need all this bogus work and guess who is behind all of the "required" service they tell you that you need. THE PREVIOUS OWNER! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Came on 4/26/17 received an oil change and tire rotation. Not even a week later I sat on the side of I95 waiting for a tow truck with my mother and 2 children bc they failed to tighten the lugs on my tire. Luckily my mother decided to check the noise my truck was making or my family wouldve been planning my funeral once the 2 lugs left on my tire flew off.
