We had been looking for a first vehicle for my son for the past 3 months and went to countless dealerships and used car lots without finding the right car for the right price. Everything we looked at was overpriced or complete junk for what we wanted to spend and not one of the dealerships we visited gave us any confidence that they would help us find what we were looking for until I spoke to Eric Long from Outten Chrysler. He contacted me a few weeks ago after I had emailed the dealership inquiring about their used cars and SUVs and asked what we were looking for and our price range and said at the time there was nothing available but he would continue to look out and would contact me if he found something that might interest us. Sure enough a week later he called and said a customer was trading in a 2005 Ford Escape that met all our criteria and when the vehicle was at the dealership he would take pictures and email them to me to take a look at. The SUV was in mint condition and had low mileage and even was the color my son wanted. When I called Eric back to discuss in more detail he went far beyond the customer service I had received in all my previous searches. He was honest and up front and said he would work with us if we were interested and I set up an appointment to come in on Saturday, 12/14 to see the vehicle and take it for a test drive and find out if this was the right car for my son. Instead of placing the Ford on the lot for other customers to see Eric kept the vehicle in the back and had it cleaned up and detailed in and out and fully serviced and when we got there the car was even better in person then all the pictures he had sent us. Eric was friendly and knowledgeable and listened to everything we had to say and made sure it was the right vehicle for my son. I was completely blown away by his professionalism and he did an outstanding job guiding us through the entire process. We got a tour of the dealership and met the management and staff and walked away with an amazing experience because the people at Outten Chrysler really care about their customers and made sure we were aware of everything that was going on every step of the way. We saw the CarFax and all the work the Service Dept did when the Ford was traded in to make sure it left the lot in perfect condition for the new owner. My son was very happy and wanted the Ford and Eric spent 20 minutes with him just going over the entire vehicle from top to bottom before we drove off with his new car. Dan from the Finance Dept got us an excellent deal with Ally Bank and we also took a 3 year/36K warranty for added protection and walked away with nothing but a good feeling and new found respect because Outten did such an incredible job from beginning to end. They also had Elizabeth come over and take pictures of my son and daughter with his new car and put it up on the Outten Facebook page with our permission. I highly recommend Outten to everyone regardless if you are looking for a new or used vehicle and they have 3 dealerships within a quarter mile from each other with all makes and models. Eric Long did an outstanding job and my family and I cant thank him enough for all he did to make this possible for my son. The Outten Auto Group is definitely one of the BEST in PA and dont waste you time going anywhere else when you can go to a place where the customer is the main priority and you have people that care about making sure you are happy and find the right vehicle for the right price. Customer satisfaction is number 1 at Outten. Thanks again to Eric Long for a job well done

This dealership and its sales and service staff are hiding behind smoke and mirrors. They promised to cover me for 36,000 miles from when I purchased my 08 Dodge Sprinter brand new. When I bought it, it had 972 miles on it. I didnt get a discount because of the mileage. I wasnt told that the warrantee would end at 36,000, no matter what. The current mileage is only 36,362. The saleman, Brett Bair, promised that they would cover up to the mileage plus the 906. This was an out and out lie. I talked to Tom, the service manager, after talking to Brett, and they will not cover anything unless Chrysler will honor the warranty. I live over an hour from this dealership, and Tom wants me to come in so that he can diagnose it and then ask Chrysler if theyll cover the problem. He wants me to waste more than 3 hours of my time, and about $50 dollars in diesel fuel, and still wont guarantee that itll be covered. Run from this dealership and from Chrysler. They lie and will not honor their promises. Chrysler will also not stand behind their promises. This is the second problem I had in trying to get a warranty issue covered by Chrysler. Save your money and buy from any other manufacturer and dealership.

Bret Bair went out of his way to accomadate me, the truck I wanted was only recently traded so they only had time to service it and so he got them to give it a quick clean for me to drive it home! The best part is he is getting a full recon done for me since they didnt have the proper time to turn it around, this dealership is filled with great people and Bret is one of the best, ask for him when you need a new vehicle!!! My 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 was in for the first service and everyone from the salesman who sold me the truck to the service attendant and the entire staff were very helpful and very friendly, and even though I purchased a used truck I was treated like a VIP, they could not do enough for me. Most dealers would have given me a sub-compact car to use but not Outten, I was given a fairly new Chrysler 200 that was loaded, the people that work there are fantastic and the dealer service was second to none!! If you need a vehicle I highly recommend the Outten family of Dealerships, you will not get a better deal and you will not get better service anywhere else, this will be the ONLY dealer I do business with ever again!!!

We purchased our "new to us" Chrysler Town and Country in Feb 2011 and it was a fantastic experience! My husband was planning a surprise for me as we were pregnant with our 3rd baby and we had a short wheel base T & C. With 3 car seats we needed more leg room in the cabin so he gave Jon Schappel in sales the specs of what we were looking for in our "new to us" vehicle. It was no time before Jon had called my husband and told us he had a the perfect van for us to look at! We drove it and loved it! It was exactly what my husband had told him that we were looking for. The buying process was a breeze. They gave us great trade in value for our old van and we got a great price on our new one! We love our vehicle with all its great features and take it to Outten to be serviced. It was a pleasure dealing with Outten and a no pressure saleman like Jon. When its time to get our next vehicle we will definately give Outten and Jon Schappell a call!
