I am probably one of the most meticulous and picky customers when it comes to haircut/styling. But Jackie at Ritz Hair Salon definitely turned me into a highly satisfied customer with his knowledge about hair and style. Not only I am picky, my hair, as I am aware of, is not easy to handle... I have lots of frizzy, natural curl... my hair began look dull and had split ends... Jackie did not push sale anything to a worried customer like me... He started salvaging my hair by giving me a scalp and hair treatment at a very reasonable price, which compared places I visited before and I know of, is absolutely a great deal. I would say Jackie is the guy who knows how to make your hair look first of all healthy and then stylish... In addition, Jackie also patiently explained to me what hair style best suite me and why – I am a fashion and hair style freak, and what he said definitely made sense to me. He also went extra miles demonstrating me several ways to style my hair, so to make different styles, from casual to professional, to go with different occasions.. Another big plus is the total service experience at the salon. The lady who washed my hair and performed the scalp and hair end treatment was very attentive, polite and nice. I am a freak of service quality. I would say at every contact point, including people who answered phone, assisted with address instructions, it was always a very pleasant experience. This makes me give Ritz Hair Gallery A+++!!! I had been getting my hair cut at another place for over a year but never really got what I wanted. My last few haircuts were just so plain and I even felt reluctant to go back in months... I was looking for someone who knows how to take care of hair as well as tailoring hairstyles according to peoples personality, profession and style... I was very careful searching and researching... went for consultation at a highly popular hair salon in Georgetown, but was not really impressed... i kept looking until I found several reviews of Ritz Hair Gallery... I called and talked about my problems to Jackie and he was obviously able to visualize my hair condition, which convinced me he is a pro. Decided to give it a try and it definitely exceeded my expectation... I’ve already got lots of compliments on the way back from the hair salon when I stopped by at some shops... This said, I definitely would go back in 6 weeks. I would also like to recommend Ritz Hair Gallery to my friends and anyone who die for a good haircut. At Ritz, you know your hair in in the hands of professionals – I also heard people said Michelle is also a very good hair dresser – I spoke to her briefly, she was aslo very attentive and polite. If you are still not sure, you can give it a try, since, after all, it’s very reasonable price – That’s where I started but I ended highly satisfied with my haircut…

I just got back from my first hair cut at Ritz, and am extremely pleased with the result. Justin was my hair cutter/stylist and did an amazing job. I asked for a basic faux-hawk and he put the largest amount of attention into my cut that I have ever seen. I am extremely happy with the price(22 for males) and was impressed that they washed my hair twice during the cut, once before the cut and one time after. A+ and will be back there every time from now on. Thank you Justin !!!!

I love this place! I have both straight and curly hair which is occasionally troublesome for hair stylists. The first time I used this place the female stylist I got did my hair okay. The second time I went I had Andrew. He is so cool. He did my hair exactly the way I wanted it and suggested tips for me when I blow dry/straighten my hair. :D! Im definitely going to come back.

For all men/teen guys....its a good place to go for a trim/style. I really didnt know what I wanted (Besides wanting something other than the usual barbers shave aka lame) The guy I got was Andrew and he was a pro...they also shampoo before+after which im not used to...for 22 bucks, i feel like a million

I had havana twists done by Tia and I absolutely love them. Tia is such a nice person and respectful of you as a client. I didnt have to wait for anything and the decor is absolutely gorgeous. I will always return to have service. The prices are beyond resonable

Pretty good! I was very satisfied with what I got. The prices are reasonable, and the hairstylists are very attentive and polite. Theyre good at guessing what hair you want, and what would look good on you. Would go again!
