I went on a Saturday, and it was super crowded. Luckily, they attended me right away. However, I spent close to 4 hours in the salon to get highlights. Since my hair was previously colored, I had to get a base color. I was placed under the heating seat twice, which at the end made my hair smell burnt that lasted about two weeks. The lady who attended me was nice, but the process took too long and I did not get the color that I wanted. Pretty disappointed.

Affordable womens haircut. Around $35 for a serviceable haircut, but nothing fancy. Ive now visited most hair places in Columbia Heights. This one is affordable and its nice to just walk in to get my haircut. Limited English with many of the staff, so if you want something specific it is best to bring a photo.

Ive been here about 5 times to get the same thing which is a blowout and a full head of dye . Every time I go the price changes from $80 to $75 to $60 back to $75 . There is no price list when you go in they make up their own prices and have you pay . Save your time and money !!!!!

Image Hair Salon is a great hair salon. Im black, and struggled finding a barber in the city who knew how to cut my hair, I met Geo and the rest is history. I couldnt be happier.
