Came here after i brought my son, was very impressed with the cleanliness and how nice the staff was. I needed some highlights and thought I would give them a try, as the one of the staff stated that all of the employees had at least five years experience. Got an initial quote from my initial visit and they stated $55.00 for the service I wanted. Once arriving, Abby, who was phenonimal, quoted me a price of $80, which was a shock to me, had my hair done at Elements in Camp Hill, paid $60, I had a coupon for $10 off, and really needed my hair done so I decided to go ahead, while Abby was very educated and talented, I believe the charge of $80 was exhorbitant, ( my hair does not even touch my shoulders) my girlfriend whose hair is three times as long as mine paid $120 at a high end salon in harrisburg. As stated by Abby, if you buy Paul Mitchells products your coloring would be guaranteed, if not , no. For $80 bucks I think it should be guaranteed either way, dont you, Super Cuts...

Very bad experience. Bryanne did my color and style. She was rude from the start, with the yanking and applying the color with streaks on my face. She was downright rude when she blow dried and styled my hair. I have been to salons for years, and I can say for sure that blowing hot hair on customers face and ears is not kool! I have been a supercuts costomer for many years and I have always visited SuperCuts in every state I have been in. But this experience has made me realise that maybe this location is just not right. I spent $50 no less. and I dont what to be treated rudely. This SuperCuts has lost my business forever. Please stop discriminating customers.

As I sat to wait for my cut with BONNIE, the talk between the customers and Stylists (BONNIE and MEGAN) sounded like family getting together to catch up...very warm and inviting atmosphere, SKILLED stylists who discuss the customers desires for the cut/style. They are up front about wait times so you can plan your time. I am a 1st time customer and WILL BE BACK- thank you for a great experience.

I went in and Megan said it would be over an hour even though there was one woman and one man already getting their hair cut, my boyfriend called in after I asked her and she told him 30 minutes. Not very friendly either. I wasnt even gonna try to go back in. Byeeeee.

Ive been here twice, and the ladies do a wonderful job. No wait, right in, wonderful attention to what I want. Did a great job on my eyebrows, and remembered me the next time! Very happy with how they cut my husbands hair too.

I stopped in with my son as we were running errands. Megan and Alexa were awesome. Not only did they do a great job on our mops but they were very outgoing and it was fun talking to them as well. Well definitely go back.

My son has been getting a cut here for two tears now. This time we had let his hair grow longer than ever before. They are closed now on Sundays and i wish they had later hours. The stylists are efficient and kind.
