I read all the wonderful reviews so I thought I would give Shears a try. I talked about what I wanted, and what I didnt want with the stylist. Unfortunately, she reversed what I said and proceeded to give me the WORST haircut of my life. I have a lot of beautiful blonde hair (its a lot to work with, and hard to mess up), but she gave too many bangs, and thinned my hair way too much. Dont trust this salon with your hair.

I just moved to DC, so I was nervous to get my first haircut from someone different. Marsha at Shears is amazing and gave me exactly what I asked for...perfect haircut and great high and lowlights. And fast! I was in and out in a little over an hour (usually it takes 2-3hrs at other places Ive gone). Wonderful service, very friendly....I highly recommend it.

The best stylist in D.C. She is a fabulous personality and clients that have been with her for over twenty years. She transformed my hair with a style that constantly gets compliments. I highly recommend Sushada to everyone. Her skill and personality are unbeatable. You will leave the salon feeling like a new person with a skip in your step..She is best!!

Sushada has consistently given me the best haircuts that I have ever had in my life. Because I am a full time student and the mother of a six year old, I do not normally spend a lot of money on myself. However, getting a cut from Sushada is worth every penny, and I never feel guilty afterwards!

Sushada was simply the best! Fantastic haircut with a bubbly personality. She has also been in the business for a while so she knows exactly what to do with my Asian, unruly hair! Would highly recommend and Id go back to her in a heartbeat!

First of all: sushada is adorable! And she does a great job doing my highlights and cut. She gets the color right, dead on. I recommend her to anyone looking for a cut or highlights! She now cuts at patricks---15th st between I and K.

Sushada is hands down the best for whatever your hair needs. She listens, she suggests and the end result is better than what youd expect. I cant see myself seeing anyone else for my hair!
