They forgot to put a part back on my truck after repairing it. The absence of this part led to significant damage to my 4WD system after driving the truck for a few days before i noticed something else was wrong. When I brought it back in, they told me, well you shouldnt have driven the truck around if it was missing that part. since you left our lot and drove it around we cannot take any responsibility for the damage to your 4WD. Now if i had known i was missing that part, then do you think i would have driven it? I calmly pleaded with them as they refused to repair the damaged 4WD system, and then one of the willis boys got quite angry that i would not go away. He got up in my face, physically threatening and intimidating me. I saw that it was going nowhere and i left. The only silver lining in this cloud that may have come out of my horrible experience is if someone else reads this review and decides to take their vehicle elsewhere. There are plenty of other reputable, honest auto repair businesses on the island. Please choose someone else instead.

Was referred here and sorry I ever came. The lady answering the phones and at the front desk was ignorant and not professional at all. She seems as though she hated her job or like people calling or conning in were doing something wrong even though it was business! Seems like she needs to find another job where she could be happy or maybe work in a jail where they pay you to be ignorant and miserable. There are so many cars in this parking lot waiting to be worked on but I will let everyone know not to come here and why.

Purchased a groupon offer for a oil change and upon arrival having to explain groupon to the woman at the front desk . She immediately told me "I know nothing about a any groupon offer and dont know what youre talking about".Sir we are very busy today so please call and make a appointment for service. She was extremely rude, never smiling and obviously having a bad day. Willis loss in the end. We were contemplating looking for a new shop for our 3 family vehicles.

Would be a five-star experience except for a bait-n-switch: we used Groupon for a couple of oil changes, paying the higher amount for the synthetic oil. AFTER my import car was done, a $30 "EUROPEAN" synthetic charge was applied to my bill - no mention of this fee (which basically doubled my bill for one car!) at the time the car was brought in.

I called and asked about tires and the guy on the phone advised he would check for tires and call me back right away. He never called me back and now theyre closed. I see why the reviews are low... Theyre all true. Horrible service.

I found Willis tire to be a really stand up and honest mechanic shop. They will tell you when something needs to be repaired or if it can be delayed. From everything Ive observed I would highly recommend them
