Girl friend currently has her car here for repair but instead its just been sitting in the lot. She called earlier this week and asked if the parts were in and they said yes. Come to find out the parts werent even in yet. Shes been calling every day asking when the repairs will be done and the only answer they will give her is "tomorrow". So they told her yesterday her car would be ready for pick up at 2:00 pm. So she gets a ride there only to find that her car is still not done. She then requests for a receipt for the repairs being done as well as what she has paid for. The reply get got was we cant do that..I do NOT recommend this place to ANYONE. Horrible service. If this continues I assure you this buisness will be blacklisted for all military members.

Horrible service and no idea of whats goin on. They had my vehicle for 3 months, and couldnt figure out what was wrong with it. They never know who is doing the work or at what point vehicle was at. This shop is a complete waste of money

Not saying they have bad service but they could at least keep the customers updated on whats going on with their cars Ive called several times about my vehicle and was only able to get through once

COASTAL HAS A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE I THINK THEY WERE THE MOST HELPFUL SHOP THAT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. THEY FIXED MY CAR AND EXPLANED THE WHOLE PROCESS TO ME AT THE SAME TIME
