Looks like things at this business are starting to go downhill. Past reviews have glowing praise, but the newer ones suggest things aren’t what they used to be. Don’t expect callbacks, follow-ups, or any attempt at customer service. We had our entire A/C unit replaced this June. My sales rep. was, and continues to be, very responsive and professional. Everyone else I have spoken to has been very difficult to deal with, when I can actually get them on the phone. We thought it might have been an electrical issue, but since the unit was brand new, we wanted Victory to verify everything had been installed correctly before we called an electrician (at an additional expense). After 3 ignored phone calls and a full week after reporting the problem, they sent a service tech out. When I asked why it took so long to get someone to come out I was told, “everyone was very busy;” that’s also the reasons why no one was able to call me back. I explained that the company basically abandoned one of their newest customers, during a heatwave no less, and maybe they should work on that. The issue turned out to be electrical, and would have been an easy fix if someone just came out to look at the unit and confirm it was ok. Instead, we had a brand new $5,000 box sitting outside for over a week that was not producing cool air. Later I was told “someone had dropped the ball,” and they were acknowledging that my family was put in a rather uncomfortable situation, but after asking several staff members if we could get any type of discount for the trouble that was caused – no response. Instead I got 2 bills in the mail asking us to pay the balance due. I reached out to someone to see if anyone was going to actually address my concerns, didn’t hear back for over a month. When I was finally contacted, I was offered free service appointments for 3 years, a supposed $700 value. Two weeks later I received a write-up of the new service agreement, and it doesn’t actually state what was discussed on the phone. I’m concerned that when we do have a service appointment that the “new” agreement will not be acknowledged, since the written wording is very vague and does not point out that we will be receiving free service appointments. This whole ordeal started in June and it’s now September. I’m honestly sick of reaching out to them to get them to do something they should be doing already – providing actual service to their customers. The unit we have is working wonderfully now, but I am so disappointed in the lack of response and ownership over the issues we’ve gone through. I am very uncomfortable that the service agreement requires Victory provided service appointments, as I have no faith in their follow-up services, and would rather not deal with this company ever again. Bottom line, I feel like we were swindled by a sales rep. who made promises his company can’t keep – which, sadly, is basic customer service. At this point I’m going to pay the balance bill and hope nothing happens to our unit until after the service contract expires.

I had another wonderful experience with Victory that I needed to share! I had to make an emergency call at 8am Tuesday May 5th when we switched on our AC unit the night before and nothing happened. This week is going to be in the 80s so I knew we needed someone out as soon as possible! Plus I had a sick child so I was not looking forward to being stuck at home with no AC! I was told that a technician could come out after hours that night since it was a busy day, but within half an hour I heard back from Victory letting me know they could send out a technician within the hour. This worked out perfect for me! Technician David Marsan arrived soon after and basically took care of everything and then some! I had booked a "tune-up" in the beginning of June and was planning on taking time off from work to be home for the technician. Not only did David get my AC working right away, but he also did my "tune-up" so now I dont have to miss any work in June! I cannot say enough great things about David Marsan. He had been out to us last year and I was so impressed by him then also. He is professional, knowledgeable, helpful and just an overall great person who really cares about doing a good job. He made a day that started off extremely stressful for me with no AC and home with a sick child into a great day! He even asked my son how he was feeling! If we ever need AC help in the future I hope we are able to have David come out since I trust him completely.

Any appliance in your home is only as good as the service…… especially your furnace if you live in New England. Victory has a commitment to excellence. The service technicians are professional and know what they are doing. They are dedicated and polite (even when no heat makes you a bit nasty)! The tech calls you when he’s on the way and arrives when they say they will. I was having nothing but trouble with my furnace and although the service was exceptional the product was inferior and Victory helped me work with the manufacturer to get satisfaction. They treat you like how they would want to be treated. There was even a time when they supplied space heaters when parts were not available immediately. It gets pretty cold in New England and it’s nice to know that you can get reliable help when the heat goes out. Victory was always there!! Thumbs up to Todd Cook and his professional team of technicians who are dedicated to service excellence.

I have a contract with this company to come out twice a year for maintenance. In May, maintenance was done on my air conditioning and no problems were found. When I turned it on at the end of May, water was pouring from my bedroom ceiling near where the unit is located. I was home so was able to catch it but not before a crack and water damage appeared. The company came out again , and it was discovered that the unit was serviced at the site and not further down the pipe. I have called 3 times since to talk with the service manager, Todd. I left messages and he has never returned them. I have reported it to my insurance company. As well, I am contacting the BBB since I see you are connected to them. Very poor and I will be finding another company.

Poor! That is how I would describe my experience. I made a appointment on Tuesday for Friday because my water heater gave out. This company gave me a three our window time 9-11am. Today is Friday and it is now 12 noon no plumber in site. The plumber never showed up! I did not even get a call to say they were going to be late. I called the company and was told the plumber that was assignment to me was running late and he would be at my house no later than 1pm! What happened to my 3 hour window appointment. I have been waiting in the house all morning for the plumber! Very unprofessional and inconsiderate for other peoples time! I will never ever consider Victory plumbing again!
