Had a tenant report no hot water on Thanksgiving morning. Called Wells the following day and was told they were closed but emergency on-call person would go out to check it. Tech called and said water heater was leaking and needed replacement. Scheduled it for the following Monday. I got home on Sunday and went to look at it. Heater had small leak near the top. It was obvious that the tech looked no further than to see the wetness. I checked the electrical connection and found one of the wires had broken at the terminal. I reconnected it and tenant then finally had hot water. So, tech didnt bother to attempt to get hot water working temporarily. I did it in 15 minutes. In my opinion, very poor service. I went with another plumber to do the heater replacement at about half of what Wells was going to charge.

I called them this morning to fix a leak in a tub drain. I told them that it wasnt an emergency so we scheduled the repair for tomorrow morning. Within the hour of my first call they called back and said that they could come right over if that was good for me. It was, and a plumber came out within the hour and fixed it. Great job, great price and great service!

They replaced a hot water heater for us on May 19, 2011. The service people did a great job and were punctual, the officeperson who provided the quote was very knowledgeable and provided alternative solutions, and the price was very reasonable. We will definitely use them again.
