I hired this company to install an outside water faucet on the rear deck of my townhouse condominium. Brad installed unit, which worked fine for the first year. I cannot speak highly enough of Brad, who was very professional, accommodating, and is a fine plumber. When the unit developed a huge leak, I left a message with the company to have Brad return my call, as I felt he would back up the unit. Unfortunately, the owner returned my call and explained that if unit was installed over one year ago, he would not back up, period. I asked if he would consider looking at the unit when in my area at his convenience and consider charging me for the parts only and waive the housecall fee. He gruffly replied, "And why would I want to do that." I replied with some levity, "Out of the goodness of your heart." He continued on that too much time had gone by and abruptly ended the conversation. This job cost $185 and the leak is such that it has flooded my cellar w/water. I have had to hire someone else to troubleshoot the problem. He has still not been able to correct after his first visit. Would not use or recommend again after this poor experience.

Had a small leak going into my basement. I had a feeling the leak was coming from my faucet from bathtub above.They came in looked at it for 5 min and claimed it was coming from my roof. Had a roof guy come over and said there was no way because my roof was very new. Got another plumber to come and take a look and found out it was coming from my bathtub faucet like I had first suspected. They still charged me 87 dollars. I do not recommend them.

THANK YOU to Brad Jarry and his Co. for making the run out to us this morning. We have used Jarry Plumbing a few times now, and gotta say, they are wonderful! From our new hot water heater to a simple shower fix this morning, this company has been easy to work with, and flexible with our schedules. My husband and i always try to give business to our hudson, nh companies, and Jarry has never let us down.

This rating is from my mom, who recently had work done from Paul Jarry. He was very professional and did a great job installing her water heater. Paul went above and beyond the call of duty, meeting the inspector several days later at her house. While he was there he noticed the sink faucets werent working and decided to fixed them. All around genuinely great customer service at a very reasonable price.

Paul Jarry did a great job moving my main stack and hooking up to a new sewer outlet from my house, were reasonably priced, and did great work. They coordinated with the contractor putting in my septic and everything was done as promised and as scheduled. Great experience!
