Our toilet got clogged and overflowed over labor day wknd - after calling a few independent plumbers I called Roto Rooter. Stephen H showed up within an 1 hr ... he couldnt fix with the snake initially so he took a look at the plumbing in the basement. He deduced the clog was deeper down and removed one of the outtakes and was able to snake loose the clog in a timely and professional manner. Saved the rest of our wknd!

We have a loosen faucet and they made it tight but it was clogged the day after. We scheduled an onther appointment at 10am but waited until 1:30pm. We called and they said we need to wait at least another hour....I was expecting much better serves from this compony, disappointed.

Terrific experience. Main line clogged on a Saturday night. They were here within an hour and spent two hours clearing roots that had infiltrated the pipe. Very reasonable cost, knowledgable/friendly tech. What a lifesaver; I couldnt be more happy and grateful!

We needed a pump replaced. The plumber that had our pump on his truck came all the way from Revere to Newton at 7:30 pm, showed up with a smile on his face and made sure the pump was working before leaving. Great, same day service.

Called at 7:15 pm to report the main drain was backing up in our basement. Someone showed up at 8:00pm. Snaked out the main drain, cleared out all the tree roots and even cleaned up the nasty bilge water! We were thrilled.

The fastest service I could have asked for and the guy, Elie, was absolutely fantastic. Problem with sink fixed and I definitely choose Roto-Rooter again.
