Disappointed. Used them quite frequently and found them to be exceptional. Unfortunately all good things come to an end. I called on them to insall a split Samsung unit I purchased (902.00 was the price i paid them to install), I had a separate electrician do the wiring (200.00). Something was wrong with the unit, could be electrical as I think Ayotte probably installed it correctly. I called them in to fix my Split Unit AC as it was just blowing the same temperature air in both heating and AC modes. Technician came out, topped off the A/C system but never checked the heater. (150.00 for visit 25.00 for parts). Unfortunately I could not stay to supervise so I had my Senior Citizen Father there to lock up. Father did not know to check work. I called in and the office administrator recited her notes from our initial phone call where I said "Split unit AC" (this is what the unit is called). Was not given a chance to let them know i told the technician on site that the unit blows the same temperature air whether in hot or cold mode. Office administrators solution was to pay another +/- 150.00 for another visit, plus any additional parts/time. Ive probably spent a couple thousand dollars with this company over the years, and I was left feeling helpless. Perhaps I am partly to blame for not being clear to the secretary, but I thought telling the technician was enough. I dont agree with how I was treated in this case. Its a huge disappointed after relying and trusting in this company for years.

Our 30 year old A/C failed last year. Dave came out and tried a couple things to get it going, but it was done. At the time, he arranged a quote, adding a couple other fixes I asked for (poor filter/duct connection). So, this year we pulled the trigger. I worked from home, Derrick showed up early an got right to work, and Dave joined him. They listened to everything I said and answered every question. I was never in the way, never rushed. They definitely wanted me to be happy. The install went smoothly and after, we checked the whole system out together - it came out great - not just the A/C unit, but also the new filter and duct fixes - exactly what they had said theyd do. Totally pleased with the service. I felt like I was in good hands and so talked about some other things I need help with. Lastly, I was worried about the Goodman products because I just dont have any sense of the brand; but these guys offset that, I trust them and I know theyll get me through any problems.

John has taken care of my heating and a/c units for years. I find him to be very professional, friendly and informative whenever I ask him a question. For example, a few years back, when I had a tree fall on my a/c condenser, John checked it and advised that it needed to be replaced due to extensive damage. During a very hot spell, John took care of finding a replacement unit which was the same as what I had, and installed it by the promised date. I greatly appreciated that he followed through with his promise to have it installed by that date, as I have had situations where something was promised by a certain date, and it was never delivered at that time. Above are some of the many reasons that I greatly appreciate John. I would recommend him to all friends and family, which I have done in the past. Thank you.

I called Ayotte because my heat stopped working this morning, the morning of the blizzard of 2015. When I removed the furnace cover, the heat started working, until i put the cover back on, at which time it stopped again. Ayotte called me back within 5 minutes of my call to their office and the man on the phone told me to make sure that the snow wasnt covering the vents outside the house, as it was likely that the furnace wasnt getting air from the outside. If there was still a problem to call him back. He also expressed concern about my getting carbon monoxide exposure. That fixed my problem and Im warm again! I had never contacted Ayotte before. I will call them again to service both my heat and AC units! Thank you whoever called me back today!

I had a leaking hot water tank the day after Christmas, it was out of warranty as well. So I call Ayotte to see if they can have some one come in and install a new one on the ASAP. I know its hard to schedule some one on a Friday after the holiday, but they made it happen. I made the call at 10 AM, thought I may have to wait till Monday. But they got John and his partner to pickup the new tank at 11:30 and start working 12 noon and finished by 1 PM. John was fast and efficient, did nice soldering work on the pipe as well. With a young boy and pregnant wife in the house, without hot water for 3 days would be tough. But Ayotte made things working so fast that its like it never happened. :)

My furnace air exchange broke & gas company shut down the gas because high CO. No heat and next few days going to be around 17 degree!! Call Ayotte because they are local and in business since 70. The lady found out I have no heat, she is so nice reschedule her people to come the same day, at 5 pm, five of their guys here and installed a new furnace and I have heat. Then week after John & Dave came to completed the lose ends, reconnect the AC drain pipe, combustion air pipe and add insulation. I watched the whole time, they did a good job, I am a handy guy too so I know. You must think this review sounds too good to be true? This is real and I am very thankful!

I had an annoying leak in my shower/tub valve. I made an attempt to fix the problem myself, but found I was missing a key tool. Since purchasing the tool would probably have cost as much as a service call, I contacted Ayotte and asked them to do the job. The tech ((Roberto) arrived with all the right tools and parts and had the job done within 20 - 30 minutes. He was very competent and cordial, gave me some good plumbing tips in general and overall exceeded all my expectations. Ayotte will be my first call the next time I need plumbing help.

We recently had to replace our AC unit, furnace and water heater all at once (not fun!) and chose to work with Ayotte because of their great reviews. We were certainly not disappointed--not only did they get us an appointment as soon as possible, they were timely, polite, efficient and spent time educating us on our options and what would work best for our home/lifestyle/budget. They took care of everything, from soup to nuts, in a day and a half and at no inconvenience to us. We are now enjoying a fresh new AC system during these 90 degree days!
