Rich is fantastic. I have an older house and the pipes tend to freeze, no matter what we do. Rich is always prompt, efficient and reasonably priced. He doesnt overcharge and always provides excellent quality work. Since meeting Rich over 10 years ago, hes the only plumber we use. In fact, our entire building uses his services now. Hes fair and honest, which goes a long way with me.

Rich is hands down one of the best out there. He came in and Insalled a water heater for us and he cleaned our Air Conditioner because he noticed it was in need of cleaning we didnt even ask him to look. His customer service is excellent. The job was quickly completeled in a very efficent manner. We will be calling Rich for all future jobs that involve anything plumbing related issues.
