I am very disatisfied with this company and would NEVER refer them to anyone. They put in a new boiler and connected new pipes to 30 year old rusted and caroded valves in our apartment. Both of the valves leak too. They wrapped one of them in a cloth. They never connected the boiler to the thermastat. We spoke to them and set up appointments to fix the problems and they NEVER returned our calls nor did they ever show up to fix the problems. They pulled tiles down in bathroom and cut a 12x12 square in the plaster and told me they were not responsible for the repairs. The boiler is not working properly right now and they will not return my calls. We also have a property manager who has spoken to this company and they did not return his calls or show up to fix problems. Again, would not have them do work for me or anyone I know!!

I would recommend J Joyce to anyone looking for an honest and great plumber/heater - he doesnt b/s you like the larger companies around here will. We first called J Joyce when a leak sprung in our basement, luckily I had caught it early and avoided flooding. We called J Joyce, and someone was free to come out and at our house with 20 minutes. He explained the situation to me and gave me options. He had it fixed quick for a fair price. Before he left, I asked him about options for water heaters and estimates on what they would run me. Ill save all the details, but I already had an estimate from another company and the price J Joyce quoted me was SHOCKINGLY less - were talking $2,000. We had that water heater installed today and its great. J Joyce saved me a lot of money.

I had a new furnace put in by J Joyce about a year ago. My husband called there today because he never bled the line before so wanted assistance. They sent someone out and he was here for no longer than 5 min. He tried to charge me $85 for the 5 minute visit that he prob. just could of talked my husband through over the phone. He said that he was cutting me a deal because it would normally be $105. This is after spending almost $6,000 on a furnace with them. Never again will I call them and I advise you not to either.

We have had great experiences with him. The first time he fixed our furnace quickly and efficiently. Recently, he came out on a Sunday to assess a broken central A/C unit during a heatwave. Very knowledgable and friendly. I highly recommend.

Mrs. Millers Williamson steam oil fired boiler was installed in 2010, over the first 2 years she ran it out of oil on at least 3 occasions, she was in fact charged a service call to have her burner primed the last time we provided service.

They did not finish the job properly , plumbing pipes not stright . Would not recommend .
