Any time I have work in the Franklin area, if it requires a plumber, I have no problem stepping aside and recommending Greg and Brandon from G and C Plumbing. At no time, has any of my customers ever given me negative feedback regarding this company. In one of the reviews here, the person says Greg and Brandon did not understand how to drain a water heater because it was from Home Depot. I have a hard time believing this to be the case. A master plumber certainly would have encounter hundreds of water heaters in the time Greg has been in business. However, there are always changes in design for one reason or another. American Standard Toilets for example have re-invented hardware for assembling and installing American Standard Toilets. After having been a plumber for 24 years, I was asked to install an American Standard Toilet. I had to read the instructions to discover how I was to use American Standard hardware. This, of course shook the confidence of my customer. When he asked me, "How long have you been a plumber?", I told him and then added, "The wheel worked pretty good when it was round". Dont always believe when you have a fixture that you want to hire a plumber to install that the plumber has seen it before. Again, I am not aware of what it was that made the Home Depot water heater difficult to drain. Im just adding my experience in order that people may have some understanding.

Not good at all, in a hurry to get my answer if whether or not I wanted to use them, installed a water heater with a 6 year warranty and added a 4 when I was told I would have the water heater with the ten year warranty, I have bad water I would have liked to been consulted first, I may have looked at other options for one. Also did not know how to drain the water heater that was taken out because it was "from Home Depot" how does a plumber not know how to drain water heaters. So I was left with a 700lb water heater in my bathroom
