Ive used Kirkland & Shaw for a few plumbing issues and they have always been professional and resolved my issues. Today I had a heating issue and my normal service tech was not responsive so I reached out the Kirkland. They scheduled an appointment 1st thing which was my request and the tech showed up on time. One downside was he never introduced himself. He worked on the boiler and replaced a part. After he left I noticed the heating system never kicked back on so I called Kirkland back. They did return the same day (within a hour) and as promised over the phone they repaired the boiler and my heat is working! I will admit I was a little short with them when I had to call back due to no heat but they are a standup company and returned to make sure my heating issue was resolved. I will call them again and I will refer friends...thanks Kirkland & Shaw for coming back and making me a warm & happy customer!

They quoted me a price to do a job. When i asked to get a fixed price quote they said that they cannot do that and will bill me for the hours they spent on the job. Fair enough. When they arrive the work was done much faster than estimated. They send me a bill with the amount of the original estimate. They also overcharged me for cost of plumbing permit that Lexington issues. When i called to dispute the bill, Mr. Kirkland, the owner says that they cannot bill less than the original quote. Be AWARE OF THIS COMPANY. AVOID THEM AS THEY WILL COST YOU MUCH MORE THAN AN HONEST PLUMBER.

Responsive even when not an emergency, arrive quickly in a pinch, and excellent work. Not cheap, but fair for the quality. Easy to work with by phone and in person.
