On Saturday 4/8 I turned down my heat since it was warm. Come early Sunday morning it was a tad chilly in the house I turned it on, but never heard the furnace fire up. I ignored it and went about my business since I knew it was going to be a warm day. Later on that day my husband and I discussed what we were going to do. I said we needed to call Lees & Son as I know they will be able to fix it and fix our furnace right. Being new homeowners we didnt want to get taken advantage of so we knew we had made the right choice. So Neal came over the very next day and fixed our furnace and poof we have heat again...even though we dont need it. Neal also educated us on our furnace as we didnt know much about it from the previous homeowner. Thanks Neal we will definitely use your company for future home needs!

Not a good experience. Called several places for quotes on routine boiler service and cleaning. All my quotes were in the neighborhood of $200. FG Lees quoted me 89/hr 1 - 2 hrs tops. I figure thats about $180 plus parts. I end up with a $443 bill. What they did is they charged me for 2 people at the quoted rate. I tried to talk to them about it, and they would not discuss the issue. Definitely would not recommend this company.

If you live in an old house, FG Lees will understand the issues you are dealing with. They are efficient and clean and get the job done. In the past, national chains have destroyed the walls and floors of my cellar, trying to clear the sewer lines of tree roots. Lees puts down drop cloths and wall protectors and cleans everything before they leave having cleaned the line. Wonderful.

They have no clue what they are doing! Had them at my place to repair the heating system. It took them several days and when they were done they left and the system was running 24/7. Called a second company who fixed the system properly and said that F.G. Lees didnt have a clue what they were doing!!! On top of all of that there communication to me was horrendous!

I had a great experience with FG Lees. They replaced my sewer line and fixed a few various parts on my plumbing system in my home. They were respectful of my lawn when digging and in my home when repairing and they were very professional. Prices were very competitive and I have to say, their work was really top notch. I would highly recommend them.
