I called and got a quote to install a dishwasher I bought at Lowes. He quoted $175+parts. I said great, I told him where I lived (about 2 miles from their office) then asked when he could install it. We agreed on the day and he told me to call him between 7-8am. I called and he was unbelievably rude and basically just said "no, Im not going to do it". Quote, unquote. It is definitely not a well run operation.

I wouldnt even give this a 1 star, but since I have to, thats what this place will get. I just called because we are looking to add a hot water heater to one of our apartment units. I was calling to set up a quote and the guy said "well I cant do that over the phone" and hung up on me. I was calling to have someone come to GIVE ME a quote. Rude, rude, rude!

We had a pipe burst in our bedroom and it was leaking down through to the basement. I called Buddy and he dispatched one of his plumbers right away. They were prompt, professional and reasonably priced. I will use them again for sure. Thanks Buddy and team!

I was referred to Elston by a friend of mine. I had a broken tub drain valve. The serviceman was prompt, friendly, and professional. The price was reasonable too. I will definitely call them again for future work.
