My dishwasher started dumping water on my kitchen floor. I had to shut the water off in the whole house because I couldnt find the valve for just the dishwasher. The plumber I have used in the past couldnt come out so I found this company on-line. It worked out great. They were at my house in Providence within an hour, fixed the problem in 30 minutes and didnt stick me with a huge bill. Grateful I have water again!

I tried to get my SO to do these plumbing projects in the house for years. Finally I could not take the leaking faucets, the toilets that dont really work properly, the shower handle that is broken... So I Googled plumber and called these guys. What can I say.. Installed a energy efficient hot water heater. The did the installation the day after I called them. I love the new water heater because it delivers hot water faster than my old one. I expect to save money on the bill also. The final bill came in a little under the estimate which was a nice surprise.

I did a bathroom renovation and Doug did all the plumbing. Great guy, very happy with the work. Trustworthy, so I did not have to be in the house the whole time they were working. The apprentice he had with him was also friendly.

Called them three times for various small jobs like installing a new toilet and fixing a pipe that was leaking in the basement. They have always been on time and did what I expected. Happy with the job they did and the price.

They charged us for work they did not do twice. We had to ask for a refund twice and they refuse to give us the second one for failure to clean our boiler. I do not recommend this company at all.
