His quality is reflected upon our 300,000+ Town Car, still running strong, and his integrity was proven when a slight oversight was reevaluated and repaired at no additional cost. Dick and crew run an excellent shop. Problem with brakes was quickly diagnosed, Dick shared the options and discussed pros and cons and work was done quickly, thoroughly and reasonably. This has become our go to garage. They remind me of the Car Talk guys and their garage.
