The people at Triangle Service Center have far exceeded my expectations for service, integrity, and compassion. Not only have they taken care of my elderly parents car, but always make sure my 88 y.o. dad is comfortable, even driving him home when necessary... Who does that nowadays?! My son drove up from Maryland with my two young grandchildren for the 4th of July holiday week. He had car trouble on the way up. Even though Triangle was swamped with work on a short week, they took the time to give his electrical system a complete "look-see" to make sure he wouldnt be stranded on the road heading home. Today they were kind enough to look up referrals for me when it seemed my recently purchased 1994 RV had to go elsewhere for its inspection. With their patient guidance on what to go home and look for on the vehicle, it turns out it was the right size to have them do the inspection after all. Now a worry has been lifted, a new sticker is already on the window, and a future appointment to have the oil changed, etc. has been booked. I am so grateful. Thats 3 generations (4 if you count the grandchildren!) that Triangle Service Center has helped to stay safe on the roads. I highly recommend them if you are in the greater Chelmsford area.

They are among the best in the business. Very honest and professional in their dealings, and Nicko who handles customer relations/communication is a pleasure to deal with. My initial diligence (online reviews across multiple websites) in finding the right place was worth the effort. They are very trust-worthy, you can rest assured anything they recommend getting done to your vehicle is something your vehicle really needs done. I greatly value a service provider who I can have that sort of relationship with. I was just there this morning to get my Subaru inspected, the oil changed, and a tail lamp replaced. In the past year, Ive had both my Subarus serviced there. Always a hassle-free experience. Prior to that, when I lived in the Salem NH area, for 10 years I went to Genesse Auto Repair - a place thats legendary for their honesty and customer-friendliness. Genesse set the bar "up in the stratosphere" high, and Im happy to report that Triangle seems to be in the same league.

Only visited for inspections, but now I will never go there again. The first visit they were fine. Over 10 months, I took both my cars in for inspection: The first car got a picky failure for wiper blades; the second car was failed for both wipers, but the drivers side (expensive) one was new - I had recently replaced it. They said: Both wipers all torn up, streaks on windshield, they have to be replaced. They are located in an upscale neighborhood, so most customers will replace both wipers without a second thought. I declined & then checked both wipers myself & the more expensive drivers side wiper was fine. The windshield streak (passenger side) was due to pollen or tree droppings from my parking spot. When I complained to them they came out & looked & said "it is our job to be picky". I think they routinely do this wiper blade scam from time to time - I got it twice in a row by taking in 2 different cars.

I was visiting some family in the area, and my car was having some issues. I stopped in Triangle Service Center. I felt comfortable with these folks as soon as I walked in, when I was greeted by two very polite young gentlemen. They took my car right in and started looking it over. After a short time they brought me out into the shop, showed me what was causing the problem, and said they thought they could fix it right away. It was some shield rubbing on the muffler. After the work was complete they gave me the bill, and I was pleasantly surprised. These guys got me out of a real jam, I would have paid double the price for the speedy service and friendly atmosphere. I can not say enough about my experience. If you can find people like this now a days, hold on to them. Much thanks to Triangle Service Center.

I never thought I would rave about an auto service center, but when it comes to Triangle Service Center, I most certainly do. The service is spectacular, and I have never dealt with more respectful and warm people as I do here. I am a woman, and over the years I have been talked down to and taken advantage of. It has been incredibly frustrating. But with Nico and Aaron, the two people I have dealt with, I have ALWAYS been treated with respect. They carefully explain what needs to be done, and what might need attention in the future. I appreciate all they do and how pleasantly they do it. I moved to the area a few years ago, and discovered Triangle through Google reviews. I hope you do the same. You wont be disappointed.

Ive been a customer at Triangle for several years now and to be honest I cant think of a more pleasant experience Ive had from ANY business, regardless of type or location. Every single person I have met at Triangle has been pleasant, polite, respectful, helpful and accommodating. You dont really find places like this anymore, where service comes first and doing the job right matters more than anything. I hope they continue the trend far into the future, theyve made a customer for life.

I have been customer for many years. I have always had great service and it seems to get better all of the time. I Recently purchased a new vehicle and had problems with tires and rims. My new car dealership gave me price estimates. I stopped at Daves just to get a second opinion and found that his price was 50% less. I left the car and had it back in short notice. The service it top notch-both customer and actual service on the vehicle! The Triangle crew is always friendly, responsive and I have found that they always own the problem. Even those hard to diagnose situations, the crew has the knowledge and the expertise to figure it out and get the job done- and done right to boot! After living in town for nearly 40 years, I have not found a better place!

This shop is on its a game everytime I service my vehicle here. The service writers are knowledgeable and can explain my automotive needs in a terminology I can understand. Work sold to me are always a need, and work soon to be needed is always advised. I can say I have learned a lot about my vehicle from these guys. Thank You.

They overcharge for everything, and look for other needless things to fix. Save your money, and go elsewhere - it pays to check with other service centers. 2008 is a bad economy, and mechanics are just looking for people that do not know much about their cars, or what it costs to fix them.

Fantastic service! I got a flat tire, and stopped in on my way to work, without an appointment. They took me right away. Twenty minutes and a very reasonable $27 later, my tire was patched, and I was on my way. Ive been driving on the tire for over a month now, and its as good as new.
