Called for a simple oil change on Friday to bring the car in for Saturday. Couldnt give me a time but they said to "drop it off early". Dropped it off Friday night for Saturday. Called Saturday at 12:00 and still hadnt gotten to my car. It was in the middle of a snow storm so I asked if I could leave the car overnight and pick it up the next day. Was told no! Asked why they hadnt gotten to the car yet when they told me to drop it off early. Was told they did me a favor just by taking the car on Saturday and an argument ensued. Was told I could pick it up later that night after the snow storm when the facility closed. Didnt trust them so check my credit card statement on line. Ironically, they charged me $10.00 more than they quoted me. Called them back and they apologized and credited the card. Coincidently at this time they said I could leave my car overnight. Picked up my car the next day and another amazing coincidence happed. My battery was dead and my dome light was left on overnight. And finally, two weeks later my credit card statement came in the mail with another incredible coincidence. They never gave me the $10.00 credit they claimed they did.

Everyone is going to need to fix their car sometime, and last weekend was my turn. I am a female 25 year old college student. I price-compared many auto shops and found that ALL had tried to take advantage of me, insisting I needed to fix things that didnt need fixing. Fortunately for me, I know how to perform basic auto repairs and am confident I wont get exploited. However, many are not so lucky. Thankfully, you and I dont need to worry about that at Meineke! The mechanic told me the truth about what I needed to be done to fix my brake pads. Though I knew I had warped the rotors a bit, I was SURE it could be turned, but many shops, including the shop next door, insisted I needed new brake pads, rotors, AND tires, or I wouldnt get the life-time guarantee. Nope! Just as I thought. Without telling them I knew about cars, Meineke happily told me they could turn the rotor and they did a good job. There were no tricks or scams. Just plain honest truth.

Awful service. I went in for a free brake inspection, waited 2 hours and was told I needed all new brake pads and rotors. I asked how much it would be to fix it and they quoted me over $900. I told them I would take it somewhere else and they said I couldnt drive it because the brake pads "crumbled and fell apart" when they took them off. So basically they trapped me there and jacked up their prices because I Had no choice. No brake job should cost that much money. Then I told them I wasnt having them fix it. I went and bought brake pads at autozone and came back and had him replace the brake pads they broke. I told them that I drove the car in for a quote, I should be able to drive it out. Then they had me wait for another three hours while they took their sweet time putting the brake pads on, even though the car was already on the lift with the tires and calipers off. They were rude and deceitful. I will never go back.

Eleven years ago I was looking for a reliable mechanic to work on my cars. I had tried many other mechanics in the Nashua area with very little success in finding the integrity and professionalism I want in a mechanic during the previous 30 years I lived in the area. I set up an appointment at Meineke in Hudson NH and had my car worked on. I got an inspection sticker, an oil change and a 70,000 mile check-up. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the Owner, Manager and both mechanics who did the work. I continued bringing that car, my next car and now, my pick-up truck to them for all my vehicle needs. I have also had some warranty work done on my Toyota pick-up by two different dealerships and neither one can compare with Meineke of Hudson NH. Go see them. You will be pleasantly surprised with their professionalism and honesty and the respect they treat you with. I have never been disappointed.

My family has been customers here for around twenty years. Last month on the coldest Saturday when many people had car problems. All the shops were straight out busy, I got a call my mother needing help. I was to far away did not have what was needed. The car was running and the remote key was locked inside. My AAA would of been worthless. The only people that could of helped did. Mike B whom Ive known many years there after hours after a long day drove to my mother. He went the extra mile got the spare remote went back to the shop and fixed it. A moment later she called saying all was set. This is just one example of how you will be treated as a new or existing customer. Mark and Mike and the entire staff all deserve five stars. Thanks again for the excellence service. Jeff B

Very, very slow. I had my muffler fixed and two belts replaced, and it took a day and a half to get the work done. This is not the first time that they have taken an unusually long time to get something done on my car. I have set up appointments to get an oil change which have then turned into two or three hour long wait sessions. Update: I will have to hand it the management at Meineke. After seein the review, they did an excellent job of righting their wrong. I brought my car back there for another oil change and inspection, and asked them to have it completed for me by noon. They did a great job of following through with my request and still did a great job of servicing my car. Thank you for taking the time out to follow through with your customers.

I had an oil change a week ago here and also purchased new wipers... I knew my windshield washer fluid was out so the timing was right in terms of needing an oil change... Next day ... I have no windshield washer fluid ... I stop by and mention this..." Oh we dont top fluids off on the oil change you had" umm really? So because I used one of their oil change coupons its not included - So maybe you should state that!!! NEVER have I had an oil change and they did not include washer fluid and other top offs... I would have went somewhere else had I known this... I will never go back here!!!

I live in Hudson, NH - and Let me tell you something from a guy who occasionally works on his own car. These guys are very reasonable and will go out of their way to earn your business and trust. They are not dishonest, but just the opposite, they are fair and honest and not out to get your hard earned cash. Trust me I am very frugal when it comes to paying for car repair. Toby, Mark, and Mike - are excellent and professional and are upfront and honest. I have work done between them and Toyota of Nashua because we own two Tacomas - You can trust them for every type of repair they offer.
