Bought four tires from them for full price (~105 ea) which is fine since they are high quality tires and that was a few dollars cheaper than advertised online. However, one of the selling points was free alignments on my Volkswagen which they cannot align without a special tool because the camber adjustment attaches to the subframe... If I had known this I would not have bought tires here and would have gone somewhere else that does offer this deal or money off a set of four but there was no mention that my car is not adjustable when I was speaking with the initial sales representive. I had also asked to keep two of the tires I thought were in decent shape. They did not keep them for me and decided to throw them out despite my initial request nor did the rep make any effort to check if the tires were still around. Unfortunatly for me the new tires were already on the car at this point and there was no turning back from the whole ordeal. When I voiced my complaints the mechanic/sales rep seemed to think everything was funny which was pretty frustrating. I had a poor experience here and would not recommend Firestone Auto Care, however, the tires themselves are of very good quality so far and definitly grip well on the road hence my giving of 2 stars. Also the cost of moving the tire pressure sensors was 50$ per tire which seems kind of steep but I am not sure to be honest... Either way just a poor experience from this place and I hope this puts things in perspective for a potential buyer. There is no shortage of tire places in the area...

Worst oil change experience. I had to leave the place as soon as they finished the oil change because I was in a hurry. So didnt pay much attention to check whether they did it correct. After I went home I found out that they have not reset the oil life gauge after the oil change. and they just put the next oil change sticker on the windshield but it was blank, there was no millage or date written there for the next oil change. I asked them to rotate the tires too. And when they returned my vehicle after the service I again asked whether they did the tire rotation, and they confirmed that they did it. But believe me they havent done it. there was a mark on my rear tire and I noticed the same tire at the same location after their so called tire rotation. And my tire pressure light was on when I gave them the vehicle but it was still on when I got the vehicle. In the final receipt they have mentioned that they did a inspection. I was wondering what kind of inspection it is as they didnt see my tire pressure light? And the worst is, same day I bought two windshield wipers too and they confirmed that is the correct model for my vehicle. Once I came home tried to fit it but it didnt match. Had to brought it back to them the other day and they had to refund because they didnt had the correct model. Never go back there.

Not sure how they are still in business... Avoid at all costs!! Went for a simple alignment check and tire rotation. Hour and a half later I was on my way and that was with having an appointment. Drove into work the next morning with the windows down and I hear a grinding noise coming from the front when I turn in either direction or hit a bump. Call them up and they tell me to come back in so they can take a look. I ask up front what time works best so I can be taken right away and not have to take more time off of work than I already have. They list off times, I pick one and show up at that time. Half hour goes by and my truck is still where i left it, asked for my keys back and left. He asked if I would like to reschedule, I laughed and walked out. I would rather pay another place to fix their mistake than to go back there and deal with them. Also as I showed up the second day there were other people waiting who brought their car in for a repair and an oil change , they only received the oil change and didnt fix the repair.

Worst service I have experienced at a firestone store. The guy in the front taking order was rude and condescending. I walked in at 9:30AM for a winter tires rotation and the guy said its going to be about 4 to 6 hours of wait. FOR tire rotation!?!?!! And he made a comments "well if you have a way to make my guy go faster". I am wondering if this is because I am Chinese and being racial profiled against. Anyway I called the Firestone in Watertown and they told they can get it done in 30 mins and they have about same number of cars waiting for servicing. So stay clear of Firestone at Wilmington.

Brought my car here twice. First was fine. I needed new sway bar bushings and they replaced them for a good price. Second time they misdiagnosed the problem. I was getting a squeak, squeak, squeak when I turned my steering wheel. They said it was a bent brake dust shield and they bent it back. I left the shop and still heard the squeak. I went to another shop and it needed a new 4-wheel drive u-joint. Squeak was gone. Get it right the first time or you end up wasting the customers time. I have since been to Unique Foreign Auto and Advanced Auto both in Wilmington with better results.

Their time management skills need work. I booked an appointment to fit the alignment they did last month. Was told the wait time would an hour and half. After waiting the whole time, I was told they are still waiting for the alignment rack. Well why wouldnt you tell us before that their was a wait? Dont tell me you didnt know. It is your job to know whats in and what needs to be done. In the end they took care of us but still stand by what I said.

Didnt like this place I needed a new tire because I had a flat and after keeping me waiting for 2 hours they tried upselling me on a bunch of things. Overall I ended up waiting there for a good 3 hours just to get a tire plugged. I only went here because it was the nearest autocare shop. Will not be going back.

I know this happens all the time with car places, but this getting ridiculous. I made an appointment for 10am yet a hour later my car is not even in the garage. I wish car places would just be honest with me if they are too busy. Ill take it in another day.

Made a 3:30 appointment, called at 5:30 to see if they had figured out what was going on with my vehicle. They said they wouldnt be able to look at it until the next day, all the technicians had left for the day.

Amazing Service! Every time I come here everyone is extremely friendly and they are honest about the issues of my car. They never try to pressure you to get something done that isnt an immediate emergency.
