I brought my car in on Saturday morning for an oil change and state inspection. It was very easy to schedule an appointment online and they took my car on time. I was done in 45 minutes.I need to buy new tires eventually and Frank politely offered me a quote but didnt get pushy when I declined because I am moving this week. My car didnt have enough data to run the emission test during my visit so I was told to bring my car by in a few days. I brought it tonight a half an hour before they closed and they promptly ran the test and I left within 15 minutes.The owner Carl was there during my second visit and he was also professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I cant recommend Meineke of Nashua enough. They have excellent service with fair pricing.

Carl and the crew at Meineke always take great care of me and my vehicle. If you have an issue that needs fixing, certainly shop around. But then go to Meineke in Nashua, NH. You will not be disappointed! Great service, no baloney, and straight talk. If something doesnt HAVE to be fixed right then, Carl and the guys will tell you. They do not try to upsell additional services unless it is something that you really need to think about. My wife and I both bring our vehicles there. I even got my mom to go when she needed some exhaust work a while back. She was so pleased she has become a loyal customer. Go on, take your car else where for a quote. Then go see Carl and the crew at Meineke in Nashua. You will not be disappointed!!

I recently moved to the area, and I had to have my car inspected. This shop couldnt give me a specific time on a Saturday (they are VERY busy; a good indication!), but told me I could leave my car and they would fit it in when they had a chance. While I was there, I observed interaction between Carl and his staff with their customers, both in person and on the phone. I was very impressed with the way they ALWAYS had every one of their customers needs in mind. I arrived at 8:00 and left by 9:30 or so, with my New Hampshire inspection sticker. Needless to say, I highly recommend this business!

Ive been coming here for almost five years now and I have yet to have a bad experience. Carl and his staff are always polite and professional. Im allowed out into the shop to see exactly what theyre referencing when theyve identified an issue that they can point out to me (something I was never allowed to do at the "mom and pops" garage I used previously), whatever work Im getting is explained in full if I ask about the details, and the service is always promptly done. For a chain, theyre doing a lot of things right, which is why Ill keep coming back.

brought in my car for service. had a power steering line replaced which is ok. needed 2 wheel bearings replaced but was told they could be tightend. my car was a 02 sentra that i read doesnt have wheel bearings that can be tightend which they charge me too have them tightend. other misc charges were applied i had no idea what they were for. bill was paid and drove my car to my house just a couple streets away. had a really bad clunk and shake on city roads. brought it home and come to find that both front wheel lug nuts were left loose.

The only work I havent had done to my 2010 Scion xB there is new tires, and Im kicking myself for not going there first because I am absolutely sure they would have given me a better price than the other place I used. Ive had a clutch replaced, new brakes, all my oil changes and tire rotations...everything. They do great work, are honest about what needs to be done and what I can skip, and are usually pretty fast, but if its gonna be a while theyll let you know. Its customer service like that that keeps me coming back.

We brought our 2010 Hyundai Elantra in for an inspection sticker. We knew the car needed brakes, but were also told that we needed a new steering rack before it would pass inspection. We took our car to another shop, and they were surprised that Meineke even found a problem. Meineke tried to get us for twice the price of the brakes. Whenever we have brought our cars in, they find some reason to not pass the car. Were not giving them anymore time or money.

WHEN THERE FOR THE FIRST TIME AND IT WILL BE MY LAST. THE MECHANIC WAS HAVING TROUBLES CLOSONG MY HOOD AND JUST KEPT SLAMMING MY HOOD. MY VEHICLE MAKE SYMBOL CAME OFF AND THEN THEY TOLD ME IT WILL BE HALF HOUR. THE GUY WHO WAS CASHING ME OUT GOT MAD FOR ME GETTING MAD FOR SOMETHING THAT I HAD ALL THE RIGHTS TO BE MAD ABOUT. THE MAKE OF MY VEHICLE SYMBOL WAS PUT IN MY CENTER COUNSEL. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE AGAIN!!

I want to thank the incredible people at Meineke Nashua NH for giving us the best experience Ive ever had dealing with car issues. Carl, Frank and all the other people weve dealt with have been honest, explain what the problems are and done repairs in a professional and timely manner. If anyone says dont deal with chain stores they exploit then they have never met these men. Thank you for all your help guys.

I showed up early and they were able to get me right in. 20 minutes later I was on my way! No hassle. Quick and polite service. Had an oil change. All seemed good until they suggested me changing the ball joints. The cost of the parts on the quote is ~70% higher than what I see on Advance Autoparts, 105 instead of 65 bucks. So, I aint going to put much trust on them.

Cheap and best place for oil service. They will even explain if there is any problem with the car.. Not like others who keep forcing us to change everything and charge us more.
