Let me start off by saying I have been a Balise customer over the last 8 years. I have purchased cars from Balise Toyota, Balise Nissan, and Balise Chevy during that time period. Each of the dealerships represented themselves with respect and phenomenal customer service. I was recently driving a 2014 Chevy Silverado (lease) that I had for 3 years and I couldn’t have been happier with the truck. It surpassed all my expectations while I had it. When I first leased the truck I met the sales manager from Balise Chevy, his name was Dan Good. It only took a few interactions to realize Dan was someone I could trust and was honest (which is a word that you normally don’t associate with car dealerships). At that time I was unsure of leasing, Dan never once applied any pressure and explained how it worked. During the past 3 years life took a unexpected turn for me when I was faced with a divorce. It was a horrible experience and one I wish no one. My credit took a beating and I began racking up miles on the truck. As my lease was coming to an end, I went to several dealerships driving various trucks and spoke to countless typical salesman and managers about my mileage and credit history. During this process, I had been in contact with Ahmad Elshanawany. I met Ahmad when I first leased the truck but he wasn’t my salesman at the time. Ahmad felt like a friend to me and I went to him for this next lease. I give Ahmad a lot of credit I would text him weekly about my concerns and questions. I would tell him about my experiences at other dealerships and he never bad mouthed any of them or swayed me away. I have a great deal of respect for Ahmad and today I consider him a friend. When I was down to 2 months left, I was getting a bit concerned after all the dealerships prices were way out of the ballpark. Let me also add that I had over $2,000 in milage that I was bringing into the next lease and needed a cosigner due to my credit. When I decided to sit down with Ahmad we discussed life and of course my pending decision over the truck. Ahmad knew I needed a truck with a tow package but I couldn’t care about the bells and whistles. Ahmad and Dan worked hard in locating a vehicle that would fit into my price range. However I have to admit why I will always do business with Balise is how they treat you as a person. I was lucky enough spend about an hour in Dan’s office..not discussing the truck but about LIFE. We discussed everything from my divorce to his own experiences in life. At the end of our talk Dan looked at me and said “give me one week...I will be part of this transaction until we get you where you need to be”. I believed him and left with some much needed advice about life. In exactly I received a call from Ahmad and he told me we have something in place. I never once had to go back and forth about the deal it was exactly what Dan promised. Listen I know shopping for a car is stressful and trusting a salesman that you can trust is impossible. I know it is a business but I have never felt like just a customer at Balise. I know that I can send anyone I know to Balise full of confidence they will be treated fairly. It was great to have a new truck but it is even better to call Ahmad and Dan a friend. I encourage anyone to shop at Balise for an honest and respectful experience. Sincerely Scott Blais

Balise Chevy, cant speak for others however the Chevy division, its not often you can walk in a dealership and feel like everyone is on the same playing field. Meaning, the employees we did associate with and even some others that had been around were all very down to earth. Fun and funny at times. They never gave off the impression they were better then you, and they were all very welcoming. They did not push, in fact they did the opposite, We spent over a week talking to Kristen, an online associate, who answered every question I had even without knowing we were going to buy from them. we spent another 3 days in the dealership, by this time one would think they would be like just buy something already. They didnt. Also half way through running numbers ready to close a deal they closed. We were to go back in the AM to finish, however the next morning I told them I may have found a better deal elsewhere. Sebastien who we had also been dealing with in finance I believe, Said, If you can get a better deal, by all means... laughed and said you will be back.. he said it in a very friendly way, he was not condescending or angry, he actually encouraged us go to the other dealer to check..So needless to say we went back... While closing on the deal, the finance department had made a mistake to our advantage.. they noticed, we noticed, and they came back and said we made a mistake, however we are going to honor it. The General Manager Peter was also involved, whom one would think he would be the jerk behind the curtain because floor people were beneath him and the people buying his cars, VERY opposite, he was just as warm and welcoming, very straight forward and a sense of humor.. needless to Say we were very happy with our transaction.. The night we brought our 2014 SUV with 34 miles home there was a hiccup with transmission. We went back to Balise, we were greeted by the woman up front who was awesome, Sebastian and the general Manager came right over to us, without hesitation the GM had his entire service department around us and ready to assist us very promptly. All in all, We were very happy with Balise Chevy. We certainly will continue buying from them and recommend them. OH! Go see Emily she makes the time fly when your sitting there for 2 days all day long..(because they were trying to get the best deal not because their slow and we had patience, well I did my counterpart not so much), dont worry theres no silent awkwardness. She has 7 gears, so make sure you tell her to shift during conversation. She was great as well we Loved her. We didnt find anyone there to be stuffy.

not one to write very many reviews for things, however, i just got my first new car and the process was pretty horrible... at first. after going to the nissan and toyota locations and pretty much being thrown out because im only 22 and dont have any real credit established, i didnt even want to give chevy a shot. at that point i was ready to go buy a $3000 car that probably wasnt safe and probably broken and i would probably need a new one in 6 months. i was hesitant, but from the second i entered everything changed.. Emily was ready to help me the second i walked into the door. I told her my situation and it didnt stop her. she was fun, very smart and didnt let my situation take away from her showing me a car. she picked out a beautiful chevy cruze that she said would be in my price range. She made everything exciting. i fell in love with the car but again was very hesitant on whether or not i could have it. we talked and i filled out all the paperwork, she brought it to Peter, her manager and all he said to her is "theres a deal there" it was around 6 on a sunday so there wasnt really a lot the could do for me then, but with a promise of a call the next day when all the banks were open again, i left not knowing if i was getting my hopes up. I came back the next day to go over everything with Emily and Peter. The major difference between balise chevy and their other locations on post road? they were NICE to me. they explained everything i needed to do and genuinely wanted to help me. not just turn me away or tell me what i could do in a few years. Long story short, I now own that beautiful chevy cruze and cant thank Emily and Peter enough. I never thought I would be driving a new car. Emily made sure i was happy the entire time. and still continues to make sure im happy with my vehicle. she knew i didnt know a lot about what needed to get done but took the time to go over it with me and explain everything and how the process works. Never once did I feel any pressure to do anything I didnt want to do. Even when i went to do the paperwork, Bo explained everything thorougly and again, was very very nice. Ill say it again, I really cannot thank Balise Chevrolet enough for what theyve done for me. This is the BEST experience by far I had while shopping for my car. If you want to be treated right, go here, ask for Emily, and you WILL be taken care of. I will gladly reccomend anyone I know to go here. Thanks guys!!!!!!!
