Very honest. I was convinced my brake pads, rotors, and drums needed to be replaced (usually around $500), and called a few places. They gave me a free estimate here, which involved taking the wheels off the car. Instead of the usual upsell, they told me all I needed was more brake fluid, that my brakes would last a few thousand more miles as is. It ended up costing $3 total, when they couldve charged me literally 200x as much without me knowing. Will certainly go back
