After what happened on my most recent visit I will surely not be returning. I had gone in for an oil change and they had mentioned a problem in my exhaust but said it would not affect the performance and was not necessary to fix considering my car is pretty old. They specifically stated that it would NOT affect my inspection so I chose not to fix the problem. Then a few months later while trying to acquire my yearly inspection sticker they brought up this problem and said they would not pass me for this reason. When I told them that I was told the exact opposite a few months ago they had no idea about that conversation. Their staff obviously does not communicate and do not follow the same rule book seeing as I was told two different stories just a few months apart. I wish I was aware that they have chosen to ignore the inspection laws set for all of Massachusetts! As if that wasnt bad enough they tried telling me to go to another place that might look the other way when in reality there was nothing wrong with my car that would prevent it from passing inspection. I went to another mechanic that same day and my car passed inspection with no issues. Im not sure what type of scam they were trying to pull in order to get me to pay $600 but I ended up getting that same problem fixed for less than $20 at some place else.

AMAZING SERVICE… GREAT EXPERIENCE!! My Wife and I were shopping around for a new Jeep Grand Cherokee and we loved how Planets website looked with their online stock options so we decided to take a trip to Franklin. From the minute we walked in and spoke with Jonathan the service was exceptional. He sat us down and listened to exactly what our needs were, took the time to answer all our questions and go over all the available options before he handpicked the very car we ended up going with. He even helped set up our phones to the Uconnect system in the car and go over in detail all of the fun features on the new Grand Cherokee Limited. He also did everything he could to work with us getting the best price for our trade in. Planet were so upfront with their pricing and they searched for the best interest rates for us for financing options which was huge help for us in making our decision. We LOVE our new wheels and cant thank Jonathan and Planet enough for making this such an easy, comfortable and stress free purchase. I highly recommend Planet and will be the first place we go if and when we need another new or used car. Try them out before you go anywhere else!

Once upon a snowy day, I decided to kick tires at Planet Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Being wary of sales pitches and salespeople in general, my hopes werent very high. I knew the exact car I was looking for and just wanted a straightforward transaction. Straightforward was exactly what I got. Its been a month since I purchased my car and Im still singing the praises of this dealership. Working with Tiffany, the purchase partner, made for such a positive and thorough experience. Im the type of guy who likes to know my car and Tiffany surely wasnt afraid to answer the tough questions. She knew her product and took the time to answer every single question I had. What really made me happy with my experience was the fact that she listened and presented thoughtful feedback. It seemed like the dealership was built upon honesty and transparency. I would send all my family and friends here and to work with Tiffany because I know theyll be working with people they can trust. Not just salespeople, but confident and concerned individuals willing to go the extra mile.

TERRIBLE SERVICE provided by Rob Dirks. Upon knowing that we were driving over an hour to come look at a specific vehicle, he did not disclose all of the information to us up front. Instead, he let us drive all that way just to tell us (right before taking it for a test drive) that they actually didnt even have the title or registration for the car, and that it would be at least another week before it could be picked up, if purchased. Not only that, but the vehicle hadnt even gone through all inspections yet, so he allowed us to test drive a vehicle that was not ready to be purchased or fully evaluated by a potential buyer. He was very unwilling to work with us on price (after telling us that we had the ability to negotiate), so we left having wasted a couple of hours traveling to and from, for no reason. All Rob cared about was getting us in the door, and did not take the time to put his best foot forward by giving us all of the necessary information BEFORE we made the long trip down there. Typical selfish, arrogant car salesman. BUYERS BEWARE!

January 13th went into buy a truck with my son spoke to a saleswomen who was really nice told hi the payment would be $439.00 > so he applied for loan and she told him he may need a co signer due to no mortgage or ever had a car loan. So Tuesday he gets the call he needs a co signer..So my husband go down co signs. He had great credit now they come out the loan payment goes to 499 a month. This place is so shadey its awful. next we are going over paper work at home and they put my husband on first and son as cosigner and my home address where my son dosnt live. I call to speak to them and the financing guy Mike Connolly wants to get into argument on the phone .. No customer service at all... Said there was nothing they could do.Probably why I didnt buy my jeep or my daughters from them... buyer beware... REALLY SHADEY PLACE READ THE OTHER YEP REVIEWS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAPPENED.. Will never recommend them to my worst enemy...

I have a 98 Cherokee with 335K on it. Most of them are mine. I had an oil filter adapter leak and tried to get it done at the Raynham Dealership which is by my house in Taunton. The guy at the desk said theyd want $115 just to get it in the door and theyd want to give it a full inspection. I knew what I wanted fixed. They didnt even call me back. Planet was willing to just fix it. I got it fixed elsewhere at a 4x4 shop, but I bought the parts from Planet. I then had starter issues and came to Planet on a holiday in a panic. Planet helped me diagnose it as the starter despite being very busy. They didnt actually work on it so no charge. I got my next oil change from Planet. You may pay more, but they grease where most other places dont. I think theyre a great dealership to deal with. When I can afford a new or newer car, Ill look there first.

My first google review and Planet Chrysler Jeep Dodge deserves an outstanding one. Ive only experienced the Service Department so far but if this is any indication of the dealership as a whole Im very impressed. I just stopped in for an inspection sticker today and Travis in service was great. Ive dealt with Travis in the past, Nicholas on my last visit, but I dont want to leave anyone out because every one of my several visits to the dealer for maintenance and/or service have exceeded my expectations. The service advisors and the technicians that Ive encountered there are all very professional and go the extra mile. Im very happy with the all the work that has been done so far, and this team works very hard at taking care of my car as fast as possible. Keep up the great work!! Gregg LaFarge
