I pulled into the Natick mall parking garage and my 2003 GMC Yukon XL made the most awful metal on metal grinding sound that I had ever heard. I cringed because it sounded like the final days were in store for my beloved SUV. I had the Yukon towed to Bonded and by 10A the following morning one of the Service Managers, Dave, called to let me know that the drivers side wheel bearing had completely disintegrated and I would need to replace it. I told him know that this was disappointing because it was the exact same wheel bearing that I had replaced at another shop in Ohio less than 2 months prior. After I called the shop personnel who had done the work previously and let them know what happened, Dave kindly offered to talk with the owner of the other shop and explain what he found. The other shop kindly reimbursed me the cost of the part after Daves explanation. Additionally, Dave let me know that the exhaust was in dire need of repair. He offered to send it out to have it fixed instead of completely replaced -- the cost to fix it was about $1k less than an entire exhaust would have cost me. The Bonded folks are trustworthy, their workmanship is excellent, their customer service is the most impressive that I have ever seen in an auto repair company, and theyre focused on helping customers repair cars at the most reasonable price possible. I will absolutely continue to take my cars to Bonded while I live in this area.

Our car had multiple expensive issues and the dealer was quoting an impossible $3.5k barrier to getting a sticker. Dave Matthews (no, not the actor/musician) was our soft spoken yet incredibly impressive Service Manager. Dave not only provided a competitive written quote using the dealers assumptions, but promised to own the problem if we would allow BT to challenge those assumptions. He explained, "if we take on the problem, we own the solution even 12 months after the fix". We agreed Dave himself arranged a rental for us while the car was being fixed and picked up half the cost after BTs steep discount. We have our very healthy car back, with sticker, for the quoted price at a savings of over $1.65k after the cost of rental! And the best news is ... it purrs! Bonded Transmissions team is all about excellence in service, valuable industry partnerships, and reliable automotive expertise. They provided a detailed invoice that was meticulously broken down by labor, and parts and cross-referenced by each sub-job. Their 12 month warrantee is at the bottom of every invoice. Reviewing the invoice it is clear that none of Daves work has been charged, for if it was, the cost would have been doubled. With every interaction, Dave turned our fear into trust. Bonded Transmission has won us over as a lifetime customer, but more importantly, they have our profound respect.

Bonded is the greatest Transmission and complete Auto service Garage I can actually speak about. They do tremendous work on Transmissions and other mechanical work. I just had my Fathers 05 Subaru Outback Wagon in their shop for Blown Transmission lines from the Radiator and all the Transmission fluid leaked out of the Transmission the Tranny was slipping So I called Bonded and explained the circumstances and told Dave Matthews that I was having the Car towed to his shop he said OK and would get back in touch with me after they Diagnosed the situation. Dave called me back on Tuesday August 30, 2016 and explained what had happened with the car he quoted me about $1000 to replace the Radiator, Flush the Transmission put a new filter and gasket in it and Diagnose the to see if anything had happened to the Transmission after it losing all the fluid while I was driving it. I gave Dave permission to do the repairs and He called me on Thursday September 1, 2016 and told me the car was all set, low and behold I called back and spoke with Bob he told me the Car was in better that new condition. I drove my Dad to Bonded to pick up his car and I paid the bill which was $1010.00, $10 more than the Quote I love those People over @ Bonded Transmission they are the Best. God Bless them all and a Very Big THANK YOU

Horrible experience! Id give it less than 1 star if I was allowed. We took our car in on Friday morning at 10am to have them check on our transmission. We got a call back later in the day on some suggested repairs and we agreed to proceed. They said they would need the car for "a couple days", which seemed like a long time to wait. We made it very clear to them we needed the car back by close of business on Saturday - essentially giving them 2 full days to work. We called on Saturday to check in and the guy said the car wouldnt be ready. He had not even heard that we needed the car back. His only suggestion was to rent a car and theyd pay for it. So now we have the hassle/burden of finding a rental car on a Saturday afternoon in Natick! We took care of that and called on Monday. There was no apology, or any remorse on their part. Im not sure what repairs took them so long, but it was a major inconvenience. To make matters worse, they only repaid us $60 of the $100 we spent on the rental. Completely unacceptable! We will certainly never be back. Bad karma.

Mike and the team at Bonded Transmission are EXCEPTIONAL!!! As a repeat customer, when I found myself facing a very tricky issue with my sons car, I immediately enlisted the expert team at Bonded to diagnose and resolve the issue. As expected, Mike and the team at Bonded successfully identified the root cause of the issue and performed the necessary repairs. What appeared to be a very costly issue with the transmission turned out not to be ... sparing my teenage sons savings account and getting him back on the road with a BIG smile ... I could not be any happier with the result! My primary interface was Mike, and I must say that he is the most professional, honest person that I have ever encountered in the car repair industry! Thank you for everything Bonded Transmission ... my "Goto" auto repair shop! Brian

*bad experience* kept my car for almost 5 days. Just to change a rim (along with TPMS) and check engine light. While changing rim they broke two of our hub caps and to make matters worse changed the rim for the wrong tire. Now comes the check engine light: on the fifth day (all these days i was spending $20 per day on the insurance cost for the rental car provided by Bonded) told me that the transmission control module has gone bad and it keeps burning the switch due to incorrect power supply. Estimated $700 to replace transmission control module. I declined to change the module took it to a dealer...they found that the module is working absolutely fine changed the switch and phew under $350 i was all set within couple of days.

Im real picky as to who touches my 1970 Ford as my front end got messed up by a local tire shop 2 years ago... but Bonded Transmission handles all vehicles with great care... They were able to rebuild my 43 year old C4 transmission with VERY hard to find parts.... It is worth it in every aspect to have your transmission rebuilt by Bonded Trans in Framingham...(especially at a good price too). Their massive garage is extremely clean and very organized. You can always reach a live person. Oh ya... I forgot.... my transmission shifts so smooth I cant tell when it goes into 2nd gear. I trust these guys. Excellent track record. I shopped around and Bonded was the only one I trusted. Thanks.
